管理者性別定式的形成及維護(hù)機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:管理者性別定式是社會(huì)性別觀念在任職領(lǐng)域的延續(xù),是指人們"一想到管理者就想到男性"比較固定的期望或看法。這種性別定式一旦被激活,會(huì)對(duì)該群體成員的行為產(chǎn)生深刻的影響,影響組織公平與效率目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。本文分析了這種性別認(rèn)知偏差的形成和維護(hù)機(jī)制,進(jìn)而提出了一些對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:The manager's gender stereotype is the continuation of the gender concept in the field of employment, which means that people think of the male as soon as they think of the manager. Once activated, this gender stereotype will have a profound impact on the behavior of the group members, and will affect the achievement of the goal of organizational fairness and efficiency. This paper analyzes the formation and maintenance mechanism of this gender cognition deviation, and then puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
