【摘要】：隨著全世界范圍內(nèi)學(xué)習(xí)型組織建設(shè)熱潮的興起,人們開始重視對組織知識的開發(fā)與管理。在對相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)回顧的基礎(chǔ)上,基于一定的假設(shè),將組織成員按照行為習(xí)性劃分為三類:學(xué)習(xí)者、傳播者和潛在學(xué)習(xí)者。并且應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)理論,從生態(tài)學(xué)角度對組織學(xué)習(xí)進(jìn)行了深入研究,建立了組織知識傳播的動力學(xué)模型,討論了組織知識傳播系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性問題,得出了一些有意義的結(jié)論。研究表明,組織管理對組織學(xué)習(xí)有重大影響。
[Abstract]:With the upsurge of learning organization construction all over the world, people begin to attach importance to the development and management of organizational knowledge. On the basis of reviewing the relevant literature, the organizational members are divided into three categories according to their behavior habits: learners, communicators and potential learners. Based on the theory of system dynamics, this paper makes an in-depth study of organizational learning from the point of view of ecology, establishes a dynamic model of organizational knowledge dissemination, discusses the stability of organizational knowledge dissemination system, and draws some meaningful conclusions. Research shows that organizational management has a significant impact on organizational learning.
