【摘要】：探討了信息共享的群體研討中不同類型的評價觀點(diǎn)對認(rèn)知過程和群體績效的影響。研討人員提出自己的觀點(diǎn),允許和鼓勵對他人觀點(diǎn)發(fā)表肯定和否定的評價。和禁止評價相比,同時允許發(fā)表正反兩方面評價的群體產(chǎn)生更少的主意,因?yàn)檎J(rèn)知激勵的效果不明顯;僅允許和鼓勵發(fā)表肯定評價的群體產(chǎn)生更少的主意類別,而同一語義類別下的主意數(shù)量多;僅允許和鼓勵批判的研討人員產(chǎn)生的主意語義類別多,但同一語義類別下的主意數(shù)量少。進(jìn)一步討論了評價觀點(diǎn)的認(rèn)知效果和實(shí)際應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the influence of different kinds of evaluation views on the cognitive process and group performance in the group discussion of information sharing. Researchers present their own ideas, allowing and encouraging positive and negative assessments of others' views. Compared with the ban on evaluation, the group that allowed both positive and negative evaluations to produce fewer ideas, because the effect of cognitive motivation is not obvious; Only those who publish positive evaluations are allowed and encouraged to produce fewer types of ideas, while the number of ideas under the same semantic category is high; Researchers who only allow and encourage criticism produce more ideas in semantic categories than under the same semantic category. Furthermore, the cognitive effect and practical application value of evaluation viewpoint are discussed.
