【摘要】：知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移不僅是管理學(xué)領(lǐng)域研究的熱點(diǎn),同時(shí)也受到國(guó)際貿(mào)易、產(chǎn)業(yè)分析、人力資源以及市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷等多個(gè)研究領(lǐng)域的關(guān)注。學(xué)術(shù)界和企業(yè)界均已認(rèn)識(shí)到知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移在企業(yè)獲取利潤(rùn)、贏得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)中的作用。文章分別回顧了組織內(nèi)部和組織外部利益相關(guān)者之間知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移的定義、轉(zhuǎn)移過程、轉(zhuǎn)移障礙及其相關(guān)的影響因素和作用結(jié)果,并在總結(jié)現(xiàn)有研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上提出了未來研究的建議。
[Abstract]:Knowledge transfer is not only a hot topic in the field of management, but also a focus of international trade, industrial analysis, human resources and marketing. Both academia and business circles have recognized the role of knowledge transfer in making profits and winning competitive advantage. This paper reviews the definition of knowledge transfer between internal and external stakeholders, the process of transfer, the barriers to transfer, and the related factors and results. Suggestions for future research are put forward on the basis of summarizing the existing research results.
