【摘要】：組織間依賴是創(chuàng)新情景下組織間關(guān)系的本質(zhì),是創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)形成的基礎(chǔ),但目前研究中缺乏對創(chuàng)新情景下組織間依賴研究的綜述,從而無法對該領(lǐng)域的研究成果進(jìn)行集成。針對此現(xiàn)狀,從組織間依賴的后果和前因兩個方面對創(chuàng)新情景下組織間依賴研究進(jìn)行回顧,對其成果和不足進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)剖析,并提出該領(lǐng)域研究的概念模型和對未來研究的啟示。
[Abstract]:The inter - organizational dependence is the essence of inter - organizational relationships in the context of innovation , which is the basis of the formation of innovative networks . However , there is a lack of an overview of the inter - organizational dependency research in the context of innovation , which makes it impossible to integrate the research results in this field . In view of the present situation , the research on inter - organizational dependence in the context of innovation is reviewed from the consequences of inter - organizational dependence and the two aspects , and the results and shortcomings are analyzed , and the conceptual model of the research in this field and the inspiration for future research are put forward .
