【摘要】：當(dāng)前,高校智庫(kù)在為政府公共決策和社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提供智力支持方面發(fā)揮著越來(lái)越重要的作用。針對(duì)相關(guān)問(wèn)題,建議我國(guó)借鑒美國(guó)高校頂尖智庫(kù)建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn),從明確戰(zhàn)略定位著手,進(jìn)一步深化管理制度改革與機(jī)制創(chuàng)新,從而推動(dòng)中國(guó)特色高校高端智庫(kù)建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:At present , the think tank of higher learning plays a more and more important role in providing intellectual support for government public decision - making and socio - economic development . In view of the related problems , it is suggested that China learn from the experience of the construction of top think tank in American universities , and further deepen the reform of management system and the innovation of mechanism from the clear strategic positioning , thus promoting the construction of high - end think tank of Chinese characteristics .
