【摘要】：針對(duì)近年來管理學(xué)相關(guān)研究所出現(xiàn)的一些問題,管理學(xué)本土化研究受到越來越多的重視。首先界定了管理學(xué)本土化研究的含義、研究范疇及所接納的知識(shí)類型,進(jìn)而提出:端正的學(xué)術(shù)態(tài)度是進(jìn)行本土化研究的有效指導(dǎo),恰當(dāng)?shù)难芯考夹g(shù)是從事本土化研究的推動(dòng)力量,合理的學(xué)術(shù)激勵(lì)機(jī)制是本土化研究的有力保障。
[Abstract]:In the light of some problems in the management science - related research institute in recent years , the research of management has been paid more and more attention . Firstly , it defines the meaning , the scope of research and the type of knowledge received , and then puts forward that the correct academic attitude is the effective direction to carry out the localization research , and the proper research technology is the driving force to carry out the localization research , and the reasonable academic incentive mechanism is the powerful guarantee of the localization research .
