【摘要】：[目的/意義]智庫(kù)作為依存于信息的情報(bào)服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu),在大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代迎來(lái)了新挑戰(zhàn),探討智庫(kù)在信息分析過程中如何通過創(chuàng)新順應(yīng)大數(shù)據(jù)趨勢(shì),具有一定的借鑒意義。[方法/過程]通過對(duì)文獻(xiàn)及國(guó)際權(quán)威智庫(kù)官網(wǎng)的調(diào)研,基于大數(shù)據(jù)的特點(diǎn),厘清大數(shù)據(jù)與智庫(kù)情報(bào)分析之間的關(guān)系,并從理念、工具及方法三個(gè)方面,探討大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代對(duì)智庫(kù)情報(bào)分析的影響及要求。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代,智庫(kù)情報(bào)分析員應(yīng)更新信息分析理念,使用的工具和方法應(yīng)能夠及時(shí)采集和快速預(yù)處理大規(guī)模數(shù)據(jù),同時(shí)滿足情報(bào)分析員高效分析和科學(xué)決策的要求。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] as an intelligence service organization dependent on information, the think-tank has ushered in new challenges in the era of big data. It is of certain significance to explore how the think-tank adapts to the trend of big data through innovation in the process of information analysis.[methods] based on the research of literature and the official website of international authoritative think-tank, and based on big data's characteristics, this paper clarifies the relationship between big data and intelligence analysis of think-tank, and from three aspects of idea, tool and method.This paper discusses the influence and requirements of big data era on intelligence analysis of think-tanks.[results / conclusion] in big data's time, intelligence analysts at think tanks should update their information analysis concepts, and the tools and methods used should be able to collect and quickly preprocess large-scale data in a timely manner.At the same time, it meets the requirements of intelligence analysts for efficient analysis and scientific decision-making.
