【摘要】：嵌入式案例研究適用于分析涉及多層次現(xiàn)象中"為什么"和"怎么樣"的管理問(wèn)題,但現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)尚缺乏對(duì)該研究方法的充分闡釋。通過(guò)對(duì)發(fā)表于國(guó)際頂級(jí)期刊的22篇相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行回顧,分析了嵌入式案例研究的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,從分析單位角度出發(fā)明確了嵌入式案例研究的內(nèi)涵與特點(diǎn),探討了該研究方法適用的研究類型。最后,對(duì)于如何更好地開(kāi)展嵌入式案例研究提出了建議,以期促進(jìn)對(duì)該研究方法的深入理解及應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Embedded case studies can be used to analyze management problems involving "why" and "how" in multi-level phenomena. However, the existing literature still lacks the full explanation of the research method. Through reviewing the 22 related papers published in the top international journals, the paper analyzes the application status of embedded case study. This paper clarifies the connotation and characteristics of embedded case study from the point of view of analysis unit, and discusses the research types suitable for this research method. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions on how to develop embedded case study better. In order to promote the in-depth understanding and application of the research method.
