【摘要】：為配合《黨政機關(guān)公文格式》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實施,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)起草人徐成華等出版了《GB/T 9704—2012〈黨政機關(guān)公文格式國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)〉應(yīng)用指南》,對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)各條款逐一進行釋義,為文秘工作者正確理解、準(zhǔn)確應(yīng)用該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提供了依據(jù),但仍有一些瑕疵之處,不利于黨政機關(guān)公文格式的規(guī)范化,文章指出瑕疵所在,并提出修改建議。
[Abstract]:In order to tie in with the implementation of the Standard on the format of official documents of the Party and Government organs, Xu Chenghua, the drafter of the Standard, published the Application Guide of the National Standard for the format of official documents of the Party and Government organs of GB/T 9704-2012, which interprets the terms of the standard one by one, so that the clerical workers can correctly understand it. The accurate application of the standard provides the basis, but there are still some defects, which is not conducive to the standardization of the official document format of the party and government organs. The article points out the defects and puts forward some suggestions for modification.
