【摘要】：如今,對(duì)于中國(guó)優(yōu)秀企業(yè)管理實(shí)踐的研究越來(lái)越活躍。過(guò)去以歐美為中心的管理學(xué)理論,今后很可能為東方的管理學(xué)理論所改寫(xiě)。研究中國(guó)企業(yè)的管理實(shí)踐需要進(jìn)行立體觀察,首先,要描述中國(guó)企業(yè)高速變革這一現(xiàn)象,可以從"傳統(tǒng)"、"革新"、"重點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)移"、"復(fù)合體的變貌"等四種著眼點(diǎn)來(lái)把握其綜合性;其次,要說(shuō)明中國(guó)企業(yè)組織的發(fā)展動(dòng)力,可以從"中國(guó)悠久的歷史"、"社會(huì)主義的經(jīng)驗(yàn)"、"改革開(kāi)放后的市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)"這三種價(jià)值觀來(lái)解釋其復(fù)合體性質(zhì);第三,要闡明中國(guó)企業(yè)活力的根源,可以根據(jù)由"烏托邦動(dòng)機(jī)"、"現(xiàn)實(shí)指向動(dòng)機(jī)"、"創(chuàng)新動(dòng)機(jī)"構(gòu)成的"三動(dòng)機(jī)相爭(zhēng)模式"來(lái)考察其辯證性動(dòng)態(tài)特征。伴隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,企業(yè)管理實(shí)踐的規(guī)范化及其嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行(廣義的"法")以及把人作為最重要資源的"以人為本、以德為先、人為為人"的"三為思想"(廣義的"儒")將越來(lái)越重要,將二者融為一體的思維方式,恰恰反映了在中國(guó)形成并繼承下來(lái)的"自然之天"與"天命之天"相諧和的"天人合一"思想。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the research on the management practice of China's excellent enterprises is becoming more and more active. In the past, the management theory centered on Europe and the United States will probably be rewritten by the management theory of the East in the future. To study the management practice of Chinese enterprises, we need to make a three-dimensional observation. First, to describe the phenomenon of rapid change in Chinese enterprises, we can grasp its comprehensiveness from four aspects: "tradition", "innovation", "shift of emphasis" and "variety of complex"; secondly, we should explain the motive force for the development of Chinese enterprises' organizations. The nature of the complex can be explained from the three values of "China's long history", "the experience of socialism" and "the market economy after reform and opening up." third, it is necessary to clarify the root causes of the vitality of Chinese enterprises. The dialectical dynamic characteristics can be investigated according to the "three motive contention modes", which are composed of "Utopian motive", "realistic directed motive" and "innovative motive". The standardization of enterprise management practice and its strict enforcement (in a broad sense "law") and the "three thoughts" ("Confucianism" in a broad sense) of "taking people as the most important resource, taking morality as the first and human being" as the most important resource, will become more and more important. The way of thinking in which the two are integrated reflects the harmonious thought of "nature and man" formed and inherited in China.
