【摘要】：文章系統(tǒng)梳理了1980年代以來文書學(xué)理論研究文獻(xiàn),對(duì)文書學(xué)的基本概念、理論知識(shí)體系、學(xué)科地位等的研究狀況進(jìn)行了概述與評(píng)價(jià)。這一時(shí)期對(duì)文書的詞源與定義研究比較系統(tǒng),但也存在概念認(rèn)識(shí)上的分歧;文書學(xué)理論知識(shí)體系的建構(gòu)問題,主要從公文處理程序、學(xué)科構(gòu)成要素、現(xiàn)代文件現(xiàn)象等視角進(jìn)行了多維度探析;對(duì)文書學(xué)的學(xué)科地位問題也展開了研討,不過至今尚未達(dá)成共識(shí)。從總體上看文書學(xué)理論研究側(cè)重于公文寫作、公文處理程序、文件管理等方面,研究范圍還是較狹窄、內(nèi)容較單薄,今后仍需加強(qiáng)專門文件、私人文件等各種類型文件與文件現(xiàn)象的研究,創(chuàng)新學(xué)科研究方法,完善文書學(xué)理論知識(shí)體系建構(gòu),以提升文書學(xué)理論研究的水平。
[Abstract]:This paper systematically combs the literature on the theoretical research of documentology since the 1980s, and discusses the basic concepts and theoretical knowledge system of documentology. In this period, the etymology and definition of the instrument are systematically studied, but there are differences in the concept understanding, and the construction of the theoretical knowledge system of the clerical science is mainly from the process of dealing with official documents. The elements of discipline, the phenomenon of modern documents, and so on, are analyzed in many dimensions, and the subject status of clerical science is also discussed, but no consensus has been reached so far. In general, the theoretical study of documentology focuses on the writing of official documents. In the aspects of document processing procedure, document management and so on, the scope of research is still relatively narrow, and the content is relatively thin. In the future, it is still necessary to strengthen the study of special documents, private documents and other types of documents and document phenomena, and to innovate the research methods of disciplines. To improve the theoretical knowledge system of documentology to improve the level of theoretical research.
