【摘要】：由于不受專利保護(hù)且對(duì)創(chuàng)新差異化程度的要求不高,使得引進(jìn)型管理創(chuàng)新超越全新型創(chuàng)新成為主流。然而,作為一項(xiàng)維系組織未來(lái)命運(yùn)的重大決策,是否引進(jìn)管理創(chuàng)新往往取決于核心管理者或管理者團(tuán)隊(duì)。為此,本文嘗試探索管理者的企業(yè)家導(dǎo)向、經(jīng)驗(yàn)、社會(huì)資本和知識(shí)生產(chǎn)、認(rèn)知和能力五維度對(duì)創(chuàng)新決策的作用機(jī)制,并分兩個(gè)決策點(diǎn)構(gòu)建管理創(chuàng)新引進(jìn)決策模型,以期揭開管理創(chuàng)新決策"黑箱"。
[Abstract]:Due to the lack of patent protection and the low demand for innovation differentiation, the introduction of management innovation beyond the whole new type of innovation has become the mainstream. However, as a major decision to maintain the future fate of the organization, Whether or not to introduce management innovation often depends on the core manager or the management team. Therefore, this paper attempts to explore the five dimensions of managers' entrepreneurial orientation, experience, social capital and knowledge production, cognition and ability to the mechanism of innovation decision-making. In order to uncover the "black box" of management innovation decision, this paper constructs a decision model of management innovation in two decision points.
