【摘要】：近年來(lái),我國(guó)各類(lèi)智庫(kù)都在向新型智庫(kù)轉(zhuǎn)型,在國(guó)際上的排名和影響也不斷上升。從《2013年中國(guó)智庫(kù)報(bào)告——影響力排名與政策建議》來(lái)看,我國(guó)影響力大的智庫(kù)集聚在北京、上海和南方沿海地區(qū),多為綜合性智庫(kù),專(zhuān)業(yè)影響力也很強(qiáng)。目前中國(guó)智庫(kù)仍然存在不少結(jié)構(gòu)性問(wèn)題,突出地表現(xiàn)在公信力不足、成果的針對(duì)性不強(qiáng)、人才的結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、智庫(kù)的影響力有限和國(guó)際話語(yǔ)權(quán)缺失五個(gè)方面。進(jìn)一步深化智庫(kù)轉(zhuǎn)型,破解結(jié)構(gòu)性障礙,除了處理好智庫(kù)與政府之間的關(guān)系外,要以提高影響力為抓手,提升智庫(kù)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, all kinds of think tanks in China are transforming to new types of think tanks, and their international ranking and influence are also rising. China's influential think-tanks are concentrated in the coastal areas of Beijing, Shanghai and the south, most of them are comprehensive think-tanks, and their professional influence is also very strong. At present, there are still many structural problems in China's think-tanks. Outstanding in the lack of credibility, the targeted results are not strong, the structure of talent is unreasonable, the influence of think-tanks and the lack of international discourse in five aspects. Further deepen the transformation of think tanks, break down structural obstacles. Besides dealing well with the relationship between think tanks and the government, we should focus on enhancing the influence and enhancing the core competitiveness of the think tanks.
