【摘要】：單位良性合作機制能夠有效提升發(fā)展力,而合作機制構(gòu)建需要激勵機制的中介作用。引入博弈模型對薪資結(jié)構(gòu)、剩余利益分配、單位績效評估三種激勵方式,在不同情境下對于單位合作機制構(gòu)建的作用機理進行分析,提出完善的合作機制構(gòu)建路徑:培養(yǎng)掌握隱性知識的單位成員、關(guān)注創(chuàng)新人員的心理需求、加強單位成員之間的協(xié)同與互補、以激勵機制促進合作機制。
[Abstract]:Good cooperation mechanism can effectively enhance the development capacity, and establish a cooperative mechanism mediating role incentive mechanism. The game model of the salary structure, the distribution of residual interests, three kinds of incentive mechanism in performance evaluation, different situations for the unit building cooperation mechanism are analyzed, put forward perfect cooperation mechanism construction path: culture master the tacit knowledge of the members of the unit, pay attention to the psychological needs of innovative personnel, coordination and complementarity between the members of the unit to strengthen, promote cooperation mechanism based on incentive mechanism.
