【摘要】：海南地方智庫(kù)面臨著民間智庫(kù)在數(shù)量上難與官方智庫(kù)媲美,立足地域特色的專業(yè)型智庫(kù)建設(shè)滯后,智庫(kù)的整體實(shí)力與外部影響普遍偏弱的尷尬際遇。利用異地養(yǎng)老者解決海南地方智庫(kù)問(wèn)題須走智庫(kù)市場(chǎng)化道路,由政府完善信息平臺(tái)分享人才和智庫(kù)信息,鼓勵(lì)異地養(yǎng)老者成立民間智庫(kù),將市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)機(jī)制引入到智庫(kù)選用中,以社會(huì)需求為基礎(chǔ)扶植專業(yè)型智庫(kù),加強(qiáng)民間智庫(kù)與官方智庫(kù)的協(xié)同互助。
[Abstract]:Hainan local think tanks are faced with the number of civilian think tanks and the number of official think tanks, based on regional characteristics of the construction of specialized think tanks lag behind. The overall strength of the think tank and the embarrassing situation of the external influence are generally weak. To solve the problem of Hainan local think tank, the government should improve the information platform to share the talents and information of the think tank. To encourage people from different places to set up folk think tanks, to introduce market competition mechanism into the selection of think tanks, to foster specialized think tanks based on social demand, and to strengthen the coordination and mutual assistance between private think tanks and official think tanks.

【正文快照】： 高質(zhì)量的智庫(kù)可以說(shuō)是一個(gè)國(guó)家、一個(gè)區(qū)域軟實(shí)力的集中體現(xiàn)和重要標(biāo)志。當(dāng)前研究偏好籠統(tǒng)地分析智庫(kù)建設(shè),未對(duì)中央智庫(kù)和地方智庫(kù)進(jìn)行有效區(qū)分,忽略了兩者的差異性,弱化了理論研究對(duì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)的指導(dǎo)作用。通過(guò)完善各地方智庫(kù)的辦法實(shí)現(xiàn)提升中國(guó)智庫(kù)整體服務(wù)質(zhì)量之目標(biāo)也不失為，
