【摘要】：持久競爭優(yōu)勢來自于環(huán)境與能力的協(xié)調(diào)平衡,取決于組織內(nèi)外各種力量的和諧共生。競爭優(yōu)勢外生論和競爭優(yōu)勢內(nèi)生論均沒有正確理解競爭演變的復(fù)雜規(guī)律。只有建立在適度、和諧的中庸邏輯基礎(chǔ)上的競爭戰(zhàn)略,才能正確理解事物間復(fù)雜的對立統(tǒng)一和轉(zhuǎn)化,正確把握優(yōu)勢與劣勢、機會與威脅存在相互轉(zhuǎn)化關(guān)系,才能創(chuàng)造和維持持久的競爭優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:The sustainable competitive advantage comes from the balance between environment and ability. It depends on the harmonious symbiosis of various forces inside and outside the organization. Both the exogenous theory of competitive advantage and the endogenous theory of competitive advantage have no correct understanding of the complex law of the evolution of competition. Only the competitive strategy based on the harmonious logic of the mean can correctly understand the complex unity and transformation of opposites between things, grasp the advantages and disadvantages correctly, and transform opportunities and threats into each other. In order to create and maintain a lasting competitive advantage.
