【摘要】：文章在全面分析智庫(kù)建設(shè)相關(guān)研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,以情報(bào)學(xué)中的"信息流"為視角闡述了智庫(kù)的系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu),指出我國(guó)新型智庫(kù)建設(shè)的"智謀性"目標(biāo)定位,并提出"信息流"背景下智庫(kù)的建設(shè)策略,包括強(qiáng)化智庫(kù)建設(shè)的大數(shù)據(jù)思維、注重對(duì)智庫(kù)建設(shè)中信息背景的科學(xué)判斷,加強(qiáng)智庫(kù)建設(shè)中創(chuàng)造性思維的應(yīng)用等。
[Abstract]:Based on the comprehensive analysis of the related research achievements in the construction of think-tanks, this paper expounds the system structure of the think-tanks from the perspective of "information flow" in information science, and points out the "resourcefulness" target orientation of the construction of new types of think-tanks in China. The paper also puts forward the construction strategy of the think-tank under the background of "information flow", including strengthening the big data thinking in the construction of the think-tank, paying attention to the scientific judgment of the information background in the construction of the think-tank, and strengthening the application of creative thinking in the construction of the think-tank.
