【摘要】：文章基于智庫產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)過程和發(fā)達國家智庫產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量控制體系研究,探討了智庫的現(xiàn)代管理方法和理論,分析了影響智庫產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵因素。認為以智庫生產(chǎn)鏈為基礎(chǔ),從智庫產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)流程即選題、團隊組織、研究實施、產(chǎn)品評議、成果交付發(fā)布、質(zhì)量反饋等環(huán)節(jié)去識別和分析智庫產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量影響因素,能有效的提升我國智庫產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量和智庫核心競爭力。
[Abstract]:Based on the research of the production process of think-tank products and the quality control system of developed countries, this paper discusses the modern management methods and theories of think-tanks. This paper analyzes the key factors that affect the product quality of think-tank. Based on the production chain of think-tank, it is considered that the production process of think-tank product is subject selection, team organization, research implementation, product evaluation, product delivery and release. Quality feedback and other links to identify and analyze the factors affecting the quality of think tanks can effectively improve the quality of our think tanks and the core competitiveness of think tanks.
