本文從20世紀60年代開始出現(xiàn)的西方“管理理論的叢林”這一現(xiàn)象著眼,來探討現(xiàn)代西方管理哲學(xué)在哲學(xué)觀上的分歧,以及這種分歧對管理理論帶來的深刻影響。由于現(xiàn)代西方管理哲學(xué)在哲學(xué)觀上是直接受到現(xiàn)代西方哲學(xué)影響的,因此選擇“現(xiàn)代西方哲學(xué)與現(xiàn)代西方管理哲學(xué)”的題目入手研究。從宏觀上看,現(xiàn)代西方哲學(xué)的各種派別基本可以歸入兩股思潮:一股叫科學(xué)主義或理性主義思潮;另一股叫人本主義思潮或非理性主義思潮。而現(xiàn)代西方眾多管理理論所構(gòu)成的“叢林”中,能真正成為管理哲學(xué)基本路線的也只有兩種,一種是科學(xué)的、標準的、數(shù)量化的、分析的、確定的、超越管理者和被管理者存在之上的路線;一種是人本的、混沌的、不確定的、權(quán)變的、隨機的、參與的路線。很明顯,現(xiàn)代西方哲學(xué)與現(xiàn)代西方管理哲學(xué)在發(fā)展“思路”上存在著邏輯的關(guān)聯(lián)性。從微觀上看,科學(xué)主義思潮中的實證主義、實用主義、分析哲學(xué)的分析方法、結(jié)構(gòu)主義的結(jié)構(gòu)方法,分別與人本管理中的科學(xué)管理理論、經(jīng)驗主義學(xué)派、管理職能學(xué)派、管理系統(tǒng)流派有著哲學(xué)觀或方法論上的關(guān)聯(lián)性;人本主義思潮中的意志主義、弗洛依德主義,分別與人本管理中的人際關(guān)系學(xué)說、行為科學(xué)有著哲學(xué)觀上的關(guān)聯(lián)性,而存在主義則對管理中人的因素的研究有著巨大促進作用。
This phenomenon of western management theory jungle that this text appeared since 60 times of the 20th century is had in mind, to probe into the difference of modern western managed philosophy on the philosophy view, and the deep influence that this kind of difference brings to the management theory. Because modern western managed philosophy it was influenced on the philosophy view by modern western philosophy directly, so topic to choose“modern western philosophy and modern western managed philosophy”start with and study. In view of macroscopic, various groups of modern western philosophy can basically include in two whiffs ideological trends: one whiff is called scientific doctrine ideological trended or rational doctrine ideological trended; another whiff is called humanism or irrational doctrine ideological tended. And in“jungle”that modern western numerous were genet thieves form, two kinds can really become the manage philosophy basic line, one scientific, not standard, quantity, a definite one, surmount administrator that analyze and administrator; one humanism, a uncertain one, adaptability in tactics, a random one, a route of participation originally. In view of microcosmic, the real example main fact, pragmatism, analyzing the philosophy analytical method in the ideological trend of the scientific doctrine, scientific management theory, empiricism school, management function school, administrative system school in people management this have philosophy view of consistency of methodology separately. In the humanism ideological trend pantheism, the Freud principle, separately with the person this management in into personal relationship theory, the behavioral science have in philosophy view the uniformity, and the existentialism to manage person’s factor research to have the huge promoter action.
