外加劑對再生砂漿性能的影響(英文)

與操作復(fù)雜、耗時較長的再生細(xì)骨料強化方法相比,直接在再生砂漿中添加外加劑可有效擴大再生砂漿在實際工程中的應(yīng)用.采用六偏磷酸鈉、木質(zhì)素磺酸鈉和檸檬酸混合制成外加劑SSC,并將其直接添加到再生砂漿中.首先,研究了再生細(xì)骨料和普通細(xì)骨料的組分和物理性能.其次,對比了添加與未添加SSC再生砂漿的性能.結(jié)果表明:再生細(xì)骨料與普通細(xì)骨料存在顯著的差異,且未摻加SSC的再生砂漿性能比普通砂漿差.但是,添加SSC后,再生砂漿的稠度值、保水率、抗壓強度和凝結(jié)時間分別增大了5%,7%,66%和67%,且其稠度損失和密度分別降低了42%和4%.因此,通過添加外加劑提高再生砂漿的性能,可以有效地擴大再生砂漿在實際工程中的應(yīng)用.
