賓漢姆流體柱-半球形滲透注漿形式擴(kuò)散參數(shù)的研究

【摘要】:采用理論分析與試驗(yàn)研究等方法,以賓漢姆流體流變方程及滲流運(yùn)動(dòng)方程為基礎(chǔ),研究了賓漢姆流體柱—半球形滲透注漿形式的半球體部分?jǐn)U散半徑及柱體部分?jǐn)U散高度的理論計(jì)算公式;分析了賓漢姆流體流變性、注漿壓力、地下水壓力及注漿管半徑對(duì)柱-半球形滲透注漿形式的半球體部分?jǐn)U散半徑及柱體部分?jǐn)U散高度的影響;并設(shè)計(jì)注漿試驗(yàn)對(duì)其進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明,由賓漢姆流體柱-半球形滲透注漿形式的半球體部分?jǐn)U散半徑及柱體部分?jǐn)U散高度理論公式計(jì)算出的半球體部分?jǐn)U散半徑及柱體部分?jǐn)U散高度理論值與注漿試驗(yàn)的實(shí)測(cè)值間有25%~30%范圍內(nèi)的差異,處于可接受誤差的范圍內(nèi)。因此,研究成果可為實(shí)際注漿施工提供理論支撐與指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the flow equation of Bingham fluid and the equation of seepage motion, the theoretical formulas for calculating the partial diffusion radius and diffusion height of Bingham fluid column and hemispherical permeable grouting are studied by means of theoretical analysis and experimental research. The effects of Bingham fluid rheology, grouting pressure, groundwater pressure and grouting pipe radius on the partial diffusion radius and cylinder diffusion height of column hemispherical permeable grouting are analyzed, and the grouting test is designed to verify it.
