【摘要】：我國東南沿海六大城市連綿區(qū)是國家經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的先發(fā)地區(qū),但其發(fā)展也面臨著中西部競爭力增強(qiáng)、外出勞動力增幅放緩等不利因素的影響。近年來,東南沿海大城市連綿區(qū)在低碳生態(tài)、舊區(qū)更新、創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、宜居城市建設(shè),以及規(guī)劃的編制和創(chuàng)新等方面作了許多探索。在加強(qiáng)區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的背景下,實(shí)現(xiàn)陸海統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展、研究自由貿(mào)易區(qū)對區(qū)域關(guān)系的影響、進(jìn)行新一輪的城市群規(guī)劃的編制,是這些大城市連綿區(qū)面臨的重點(diǎn)任務(wù)。

[Abstract]:The continuous areas of six major cities along the southeast coast of China are the first areas of national economic and social development, but their development is also facing the influence of adverse factors such as the enhancement of competitiveness in the central and western regions and the slowing down of the growth of migrant labor force. In recent years, many explorations have been made in the low-carbon ecology, the renewal of the old areas, the development of innovative and creative industries, the construction of livable cities, and the compilation and innovation of planning in the continuous areas of large cities along the southeast coast. Under the background of strengthening regional coordinated development, realizing the coordinated development of land and sea, studying the influence of free trade area on regional relations, and compiling a new round of urban agglomeration planning are the key tasks faced by these big cities.
