后注漿嵌巖樁豎向抗壓承載力研究

【摘要】:樁使用常見(jiàn)、廣泛,具有悠長(zhǎng)的歷史。樁基工程現(xiàn)已較成熟,但由于擬建場(chǎng)地地質(zhì)條件截然不同,使得樁基理論研究與工程實(shí)踐結(jié)合面臨巨大挑戰(zhàn)。后注漿嵌巖樁是在嵌巖樁的基礎(chǔ)上配合合理的后注漿技術(shù),克服嵌巖樁在施工過(guò)程中的固有缺點(diǎn),使嵌巖樁的承載力得到極大的提高,有很好的應(yīng)用價(jià)值和經(jīng)濟(jì)意義。本文針對(duì)丹東地區(qū)擬建工程所在地的特殊地質(zhì)條件,提出采用后注漿嵌巖樁的施工工藝,并對(duì)整個(gè)施工工藝流程、后注漿參數(shù)的選擇及需要注意的問(wèn)題給與詳細(xì)的介紹。根據(jù)《建筑樁基技術(shù)規(guī)范》(JGJ 94-2008)及當(dāng)?shù)氐慕?jīng)驗(yàn)計(jì)算公式,并結(jié)合工程實(shí)踐,估算嵌入中風(fēng)化花崗巖和強(qiáng)風(fēng)化花崗巖的后注漿嵌巖樁的單樁豎向抗壓極限承載力理論計(jì)算值。對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)靜載試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)地剖析歸納,研究不同樁長(zhǎng)情況下的后注漿嵌巖樁的樁身軸力、樁側(cè)阻力、樁端阻力、樁-巖段阻力、樁-土段阻力的分布規(guī)律,根據(jù)Q-S曲線及相關(guān)規(guī)范,得出嵌入中風(fēng)化花崗巖和強(qiáng)風(fēng)化花崗巖的后注漿嵌巖樁的單樁豎向抗壓極限承載力的實(shí)測(cè)值。通過(guò)FLAC3D有限差分軟件,仿真模擬試驗(yàn)樁的受力情形,得到試驗(yàn)樁單樁豎向抗壓極限承載力模擬值,對(duì)照仿真、實(shí)測(cè)值和計(jì)算得到的三個(gè)單樁豎向抗壓極限承載力數(shù)值,驗(yàn)證FLAC3D對(duì)后注漿嵌巖樁的仿真可行性,從而得出適合丹東地區(qū)的后注漿嵌巖樁施工工藝,并確定后注漿嵌巖樁的強(qiáng)風(fēng)化花崗巖和中風(fēng)化花崗巖的側(cè)阻增強(qiáng)系數(shù)βSi和端阻增強(qiáng)系數(shù)βP的取值范圍,為丹東地區(qū)的樁基礎(chǔ)和樁身配筋設(shè)計(jì)提供借鑒參考。
[Abstract]:Piles are commonly used, widely used and have a long history. Pile foundation engineering is now more mature, but because the geological conditions of the proposed site are very different, the combination of pile foundation theory research and engineering practice is facing great challenges. Post-grouting rock-socketed pile is a reasonable post-grouting technology on the basis of rock-socketed pile to overcome the inherent shortcomings of rock-socketed pile in the construction process, so that the bearing capacity of rock-socketed pile can be greatly improved, which has good application value and economic significance. In view of the special geological conditions of the proposed project in Dandong area, this paper puts forward the construction technology of post-grouting rock-socketed pile, and introduces in detail the whole construction process, the selection of post-grouting parameters and the problems needing attention.
