【摘要】：通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外城市內(nèi)澇與水體污染控制措施進(jìn)行調(diào)研分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)通過(guò)對(duì)降雨進(jìn)行源頭收集和處理可以控制徑流量和改善水質(zhì),進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)城市內(nèi)澇與水體污染的防治,并能使開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)域的水文循環(huán)恢復(fù)至原始狀態(tài)。之后在原理分析的基礎(chǔ)上,介紹了綠色屋頂、透水鋪裝、雨水花園等雨水收集和處理技術(shù)以及內(nèi)澇與水質(zhì)控制的政策與管理措施,并提出了相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation and analysis of the control measures of urban waterlogging and water pollution at home and abroad, it is found that the runoff and water quality can be controlled and improved by collecting and treating the source of rainfall, and the prevention and control of urban waterlogging and water pollution can be realized, and the hydrological cycle of the development area can be restored to the original state. Then, on the basis of principle analysis, this paper introduces Rain Water collection and treatment technology, such as green roof, permeable shop, Rain Water garden and so on, as well as the policies and management measures of waterlogging and water quality control, and puts forward some relevant suggestions.
