【摘要】：目前真空潔具系統(tǒng)工作時(shí)沖洗力設(shè)定為固定值,真空抽吸時(shí)間按最大污物量設(shè)定,對(duì)于高頻率中、低污物量沖洗作業(yè)而言,存在空氣消耗量的浪費(fèi)。針對(duì)真空吸排系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn),研究了節(jié)能型潔具真空吸排系統(tǒng)供氣量調(diào)節(jié)方法。其中,真空發(fā)生器的吸氣流量由等溫放出法測(cè)得,基于真空吸排系統(tǒng)流量試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),使用最小二乘法辨識(shí)流量特性參數(shù),對(duì)真空收集罐內(nèi)的壓力響應(yīng)進(jìn)行仿真并得出潔具真空吸排系統(tǒng)壓力響應(yīng)模型。以此為基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)供氣時(shí)間來(lái)調(diào)整供氣量從而調(diào)節(jié)真空度和沖洗力。與現(xiàn)行的真空潔具裝置比較,經(jīng)過(guò)供氣量調(diào)節(jié)設(shè)計(jì),節(jié)省壓縮空氣消耗量達(dá)30%以上,顯示出了很好的發(fā)展應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:At present, the washing force of vacuum sanitary ware system is set to a fixed value, and the vacuum suction time is set according to the maximum amount of dirt. For the high frequency rate, low sewage volume washing operation, there is a waste of air consumption. According to the characteristics of vacuum suction and drainage system, the regulation method of air supply in vacuum suction and drainage system of energy-saving sanitary ware is studied. The suction flow of the vacuum generator is measured by the Isothermal discharge method. Based on the test data of the vacuum suction and drainage system, the flow characteristic parameters are identified by the least square method. The pressure response in the vacuum collection tank is simulated and the pressure response model of the vacuum suction and drainage system of sanitary ware is obtained. On this basis, the vacuum and washing force can be adjusted by adjusting the gas supply time. Compared with the current vacuum sanitary ware device, through the design of air supply regulation, the compressed air consumption is saved by more than 30%, which shows a good development and application prospect.
