【摘要】：正"可持續(xù)發(fā)展"理念自1980年代提出以來,已逐漸成為全球規(guī)劃界最熱門的議題之一。然而,如何在規(guī)劃實(shí)施工具中納入具有可操作性的可持續(xù)發(fā)展條款,卻缺少相關(guān)的研究。本文以美國(guó)為例,探尋美國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)如何在其區(qū)劃條例中納入可持續(xù)發(fā)展原則來實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的目標(biāo),幫助地方規(guī)劃師了解在區(qū)劃條例中融入可持續(xù)發(fā)展目標(biāo)的多種方式。作者們首先從地方政府環(huán)境行動(dòng)理事會(huì)(ICLEI)2010年會(huì)員數(shù)據(jù)中選擇區(qū)劃條例樣本,將會(huì)員表根據(jù)美國(guó)的東北地區(qū)、中西地區(qū)、南部地區(qū)和西部地區(qū)四大普查區(qū)進(jìn)行歸類,并采用微軟Ex-
[Abstract]:Since the concept of "sustainable development" was put forward in 1980 s, it has gradually become one of the hottest topics in global planning. However, there is a lack of relevant research on how to include operable sustainable development provisions in the planning and implementation tools. Taking the United States as an example, this paper explores how American towns and cities can incorporate the principle of sustainable development into their zoning regulations to achieve the goal of sustainable development, and help local planners understand the various ways to integrate sustainable development goals into zoning regulations. The authors first select a sample of zoning regulations from the 2010 membership data of the Local Government Environmental Action Council (ICLEI), categorize the membership table according to the four major census areas of the Northeast, the West, the South and the West of the United States, and use Microsoft Ex- to classify the membership list according to the four popular areas in the Northeast, the West, the South and the West of the United States.
