豫北平原鄉(xiāng)土聚落“類社區(qū)”居住模式研究

【摘要】：豫北平原是指河南省內(nèi)黃河以北的地區(qū),位于我國中部偏東、黃河中下游,包括濮陽市、安陽市、焦作市、新鄉(xiāng)市以及鶴壁市共五個地級市,自古地處中原,淳水厚土孕育了深厚的文化底蘊,儒道文化,移民文化,自身的小農(nóng)文化不漏痕跡地的引導(dǎo)著豫北傳統(tǒng)的民居建設(shè),豫北傳統(tǒng)民居無論從整體的空間布局、形態(tài)、空間處理上表達出了一種理性和諧的環(huán)境特征,村落的空間構(gòu)成往往非常的自由不規(guī)則。同時,豫北民居宅院建設(shè)在布局、形態(tài)、空間處理等方面遵循著“適形而止”、“擇中而居”的建筑原則,豫北鄉(xiāng)土其總體特征既體現(xiàn)豫北地區(qū)的地貌環(huán)境和氣候要求,又不漏痕跡的彰顯著這里的獨特的鄉(xiāng)土民居氛圍。豫北平原是我國主要的糧食生產(chǎn)基地,同時這里交通發(fā)達,帶動著一大批鄉(xiāng)土農(nóng)副產(chǎn)業(yè)和其他鄉(xiāng)土工業(yè)的發(fā)展,農(nóng)業(yè)工業(yè)相互帶動影響著這里的建設(shè),促使豫北平原鄉(xiāng)土聚落快速富裕起來,也因此導(dǎo)致了一系列的鄉(xiāng)土建設(shè)更新?lián)Q代帶來的社會問題,鄉(xiāng)土建設(shè)無序,耕地浪費嚴重,鄉(xiāng)土環(huán)境管理失落,配套的生活基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施落后等一系列問題嚴重影響著這里人們生活品質(zhì)的提高。所以,作者在深入研究豫北鄉(xiāng)土民居環(huán)境和建設(shè)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了“類社區(qū)”居住模式,從空間和環(huán)境資源的整合,公共服務(wù)與基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的品質(zhì)提升,自律管理系統(tǒng)的納入,鄉(xiāng)土環(huán)境氛圍的營造等幾個方面打造適宜豫北鄉(xiāng)土生活的居住模式。全文一共分為四章,第一章主要闡述了豫北平原鄉(xiāng)土聚落所處的自然環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展狀況、傳統(tǒng)民居的品質(zhì)特征,以及作者對目前國內(nèi)外鄉(xiāng)土建設(shè)理論研究的解析,此外,作者闡述了社區(qū)、社區(qū)規(guī)劃、居住模式等相關(guān)的概念、提出了本文的創(chuàng)新點和研究方法以及文章的結(jié)構(gòu)框架。第二章是從整體上對“類社區(qū)”模式建構(gòu)的一個解析,首先,具體剖析了“類社區(qū)”模式的概念內(nèi)涵、推出的原因去；其次,分析了“類社區(qū)”模式的理論是如果構(gòu)建形成的以及“類社區(qū)”模式汲取的兩大理論依據(jù)；最后,解讀了“類社區(qū)”模式具體涵蓋的五大方面的內(nèi)容,并且提出了“類社區(qū)”模式的適應(yīng)范疇。第三章首先講解了資源整合過程中人為社會因素的調(diào)動；其次,解析了居住空間和公共生活空間的資源整合策略,最后探討了鄉(xiāng)土衛(wèi)生環(huán)境的管理與資源重新利用系統(tǒng),其實既是環(huán)境管理的策略也是資源整合的一部分。在這幾個方面的資源整合策略時,每一個方面都包含了人為因素在環(huán)境整合過程中的調(diào)動以及與整合后人的居住與行為與環(huán)境的互動關(guān)系,這是本文寫作貫穿始終一個特色。第四章是鄉(xiāng)土環(huán)境氛圍的打造,主要通過聚落總體空間的趣味性打造,鄉(xiāng)土材質(zhì)的挖掘和新型利用,住宅的鄉(xiāng)土化設(shè)計以及鄰里交往氛圍的營造等等方面的設(shè)計策略最終塑造出一個鄉(xiāng)土風(fēng)味濃郁又符合現(xiàn)代鄉(xiāng)土生活特征的生活環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:The northern Henan plain refers to the area north of the Yellow River in Henan Province, which is located in the east of central China and the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River, including Puyang City, Anyang City, Jiaozuo City, Xinxiang City and Hebi City. It is located in the Central Plains since ancient times. Chunshui thick soil gave birth to profound cultural details, Confucianism and Taoism culture, immigration culture, and its own small peasant culture guiding the traditional residential construction in northern Henan. The traditional folk houses in northern Henan express a kind of rational and harmonious environmental characteristics in terms of overall spatial layout, form and spatial processing, and the spatial composition of villages is often very free and irregular. At the same time, the construction of residential houses in northern Henan follows the architectural principles of "conformal stop" and "choose middle and live" in terms of layout, form and spatial treatment. The overall characteristics of northern Henan not only reflect the geomorphological environment and climate requirements of northern Henan, but also show the unique local residential atmosphere here without leaking traces. The northern Henan plain is the main grain production base in our country. At the same time, the developed traffic here has led to the development of a large number of local agricultural sideline industries and other local industries. The agricultural industry has driven each other to influence the construction here, promoting the rapid prosperity of the local settlements in the northern Henan plain, which has also led to a series of social problems brought about by the renewal of the local construction, the disorder of the local construction, the serious waste of cultivated land, and the loss of the management of the local environment. A series of problems, such as backward living infrastructure, seriously affect the improvement of people's quality of life here. Therefore, on the basis of deeply studying the environment and construction of local dwellings in northern Henan, the author puts forward the living mode of "quasi-community", which is suitable for the local life of northern Henan from the aspects of the integration of space and environmental resources, the improvement of the quality of public services and infrastructure, the inclusion of self-discipline management system, and the construction of local environment atmosphere. The full text is divided into four chapters. The first chapter mainly expounds the natural environment, economic development, the quality characteristics of traditional dwellings, as well as the author's analysis of the theoretical research on local construction at home and abroad. In addition, the author expounds the related concepts of community, community planning, residential mode and so on, and puts forward the innovation and research methods of this paper as well as the structural framework of the article. The second chapter is an analysis of the construction of the "community-like" model as a whole. First, it analyzes the concept connotation of the "community-like" model and the reasons for its introduction. Secondly, it analyzes the theory of the "community-like" model if it is formed and the two theoretical bases drawn from the "community-like" model. Finally, this paper interprets the five aspects of the "community-like" model, and puts forward the adaptation category of the "community-like" model. The third chapter first explains the mobilization of artificial social factors in the process of resource integration; secondly, it analyzes the resource integration strategy of living space and public living space, and finally discusses the management and resource reuse system of local health environment, which is both a strategy of environmental management and a part of resource integration. In these aspects of resource integration strategy, each aspect contains the mobilization of human factors in the process of environmental integration and the interaction with the integration of human habitation and behavior and environment, which is a feature of this paper. The fourth chapter is the creation of the local environment atmosphere, mainly through the settlement overall space interesting creation, the local material excavation and the new utilization, the residential localization design and the neighborhood communication atmosphere construction and so on aspect design strategy finally shapes a local flavor rich but conforms to the modern local life characteristic living environment.
