超高層建筑的綠色設(shè)計策略研究

【摘要】:超高層建筑的誕生和發(fā)展體現(xiàn)了現(xiàn)代科技與藝術(shù)的最新成就,它們象征著財富和智慧,反映了當(dāng)代建筑的設(shè)計水準(zhǔn)與審美趨勢。但與此同時,由它們引起的在交通、環(huán)境、資源等方面的種種負面影響,也使得人們對超高層建筑的態(tài)度一直存在爭議。因此,如何在確保經(jīng)濟效益和當(dāng)前需求的前提下,找到超高層建筑的建設(shè)與生態(tài)環(huán)境和可持續(xù)發(fā)展之間的平衡成為了迫切需要解決的命題,對超高層建筑綠色設(shè)計的種種策略進行分析、研究和總結(jié)也就成為了值得關(guān)注的重要課題。 本文的研究對象為超高層建筑,從形態(tài)優(yōu)化、表皮建構(gòu)、技術(shù)措施等多種角度出發(fā),通過對大量國內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀案例的綠色設(shè)計策略進行研究和分析,,試圖找到一些通用可行并有啟發(fā)性的設(shè)計方法,為環(huán)境友好型的綠色超高層建筑的創(chuàng)作提供思路。文章主要分為三個部分:第一部分為超高層建筑的背景分析,包括研究背景、相關(guān)理論、研究意義、研究方法和研究框架。第二部分是超高層建筑綠色設(shè)計的概述,包括明確本文研究對象的相關(guān)定義,對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究進行總結(jié),探討影響超高層建筑綠色設(shè)計的相關(guān)因素。第三部分是文章的重點,共分為三個章節(jié)進行詳細論述。在前兩章基礎(chǔ)理論的鋪墊下,第三、四、五章分別對超高層建筑綠色設(shè)計的基本優(yōu)化策略、表皮策略和能源策略的相關(guān)優(yōu)秀設(shè)計案例進行了具體的分析,從設(shè)計師的角度出發(fā),著眼于完整的設(shè)計周期各階段的思考切入點,研究超高層建筑的綠色設(shè)計策略。 通過本文的研究分析,作者希望能夠相對完整的總結(jié)超高層建筑綠色設(shè)計的相關(guān)理論和手法,為今后的設(shè)計起到一定的指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:The birth and development of super-high-rise buildings reflects the latest achievements of modern science and technology and art, which symbolize wealth and wisdom, and reflect the design standard and aesthetic trend of contemporary architecture. But at the same time, their negative effects on traffic, environment, resources and so on also make people's attitude towards super-high-rise buildings controversial all the time. Therefore, how to find the balance between the construction of super-high-rise buildings and ecological environment and sustainable development has become an urgent proposition under the premise of ensuring economic benefits and current demand. The analysis, research and summary of various strategies of green design of super-high-rise buildings have become an important topic worthy of attention. The research object of this paper is super high-rise building. From the aspects of shape optimization, skin construction, technical measures and so on, through the research and analysis of the green design strategy of a large number of excellent cases at home and abroad, this paper tries to find some general, feasible and instructive design methods to provide ideas for the creation of environmentally friendly green super-high-rise buildings. The article is divided into three parts: the first part is the background analysis of super high-rise buildings, including research background, related theories, research significance, research methods and research framework. The second part is an overview of the green design of super high-rise buildings, including the definition of the research object, the summary of the relevant research at home and abroad, and the related factors that affect the green design of super high-rise buildings. The third part is the focus of the article, divided into three chapters for detailed discussion. Under the foreshadowing of the first two chapters, the third, fourth and fifth chapters analyze the basic optimization strategy, skin strategy and energy strategy of super high-rise building green design, and study the green design strategy of super high-rise building from the point of view of designer, focusing on the starting point of each stage of the complete design cycle. Through the research and analysis of this paper, the author hopes to be able to summarize the relevant theories and techniques of green design of super high-rise buildings relatively completely, and play a certain guiding role in the future design.
