【摘要】：結(jié)合工程案例的實際情況,對武漢國際博覽中心洲際酒店橢球體網(wǎng)殼圓管構(gòu)件的加工工藝進行研究,介紹加工細(xì)節(jié)及質(zhì)量問題解決措施。對于弧形弦桿的彎制,分析頂彎機冷彎工藝及中頻熱彎工藝的優(yōu)劣及在工程實際中的應(yīng)用;對于直腹桿,闡述相貫線切割的加工工藝及質(zhì)量控制關(guān)鍵點。結(jié)果表明:按此加工方案,該工程構(gòu)件加工質(zhì)量得到了很好的保障。
[Abstract]:Combined with the actual situation of the engineering case, the machining technology of Continental Hotel ellipsoid reticulated shell circular pipe component in Wuhan International Expo Center is studied, and the machining details and quality problems are introduced. For the bending system of arc chord, the advantages and disadvantages of cold bending technology and medium frequency hot bending process of top bending machine and its application in engineering practice are analyzed, and for the straight web rod, the machining technology and quality control key points of intersecting wire cutting are described. The results show that the machining quality of the engineering components is well guaranteed according to this machining scheme.
