【摘要】：南京市建鄴區(qū)基督教江心洲紅星教堂始建于1978年,是江蘇省宗教局頒發(fā)的合法宗教活動(dòng)場(chǎng)所。原占地面積1.5畝,建筑面積830平方米。因江心洲生態(tài)科技島規(guī)劃發(fā)展需要,原紅星教堂需要拆除舊址,在規(guī)劃地塊里重建。筆者參與的紅星教堂設(shè)計(jì)工作從2013年4月方案開始,經(jīng)過將近一年的方案調(diào)整過程,直至2014年1月完成方案報(bào)批。在這將近一年連續(xù)的方案設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)整過程中,筆者深刻體會(huì)到實(shí)踐建筑師對(duì)于教堂設(shè)計(jì)尤其是功能復(fù)合型教堂設(shè)計(jì)知之甚少,國(guó)內(nèi)大環(huán)境下教堂設(shè)計(jì)中遇到的許多特殊問題很少有相應(yīng)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)來應(yīng)對(duì)。筆者認(rèn)為,實(shí)踐建筑師面臨的最大問題是社會(huì)對(duì)教堂尤其是復(fù)合型教堂的基本設(shè)計(jì)問題并不了解也不關(guān)注。突出表現(xiàn)是資料集、相關(guān)技術(shù)規(guī)范中幾乎沒有任何關(guān)于此類建筑的說明,教會(huì)對(duì)于功能性問題的表述僅僅停留在他們想干什么,不系統(tǒng)不成熟。本次項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)必須在解決這些問題的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行,故而在設(shè)計(jì)之初,筆者對(duì)復(fù)合型教堂的各類功能問題進(jìn)行了分析與總結(jié),并對(duì)長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)的數(shù)個(gè)教堂案例進(jìn)行分析總結(jié),最后完成了本項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)。整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)部分分為四部分：項(xiàng)目概況、項(xiàng)目研究、建筑設(shè)計(jì)和成果表達(dá)。本設(shè)計(jì)研究可能的意義為教堂設(shè)計(jì)提供一些可借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。對(duì)于基本設(shè)計(jì)問題例如復(fù)雜功能和尺度的梳理有助于實(shí)踐建筑師對(duì)此類建筑的前期方案設(shè)計(jì)；為當(dāng)代中國(guó)復(fù)合型基督教教堂的發(fā)展提供參考。
[Abstract]:Jiangxinzhou Hongxing Church, Jianye District, Nanjing City, was founded in 1978 and is a legitimate place for religious activities issued by Jiangsu Provincial Bureau of Religion. The original area of 1.5 mu, construction area of 830 square meters. Due to the planning and development of Jiangxinzhou Ecological Science and Technology Island, the original Red Star Church needs to demolish the old site and reconstruct it in the planned plot. The design of Red Star Church, which the author participated in, began in April 2013, after nearly a year of program adjustment, until January 2014, when the scheme was submitted for approval. In the process of nearly a year of continuous scheme design adjustment, the author deeply realized that the practical architect knows very little about church design, especially the functional compound church design. In the domestic environment, many special problems encountered in church design rarely have the corresponding experience to deal with. The author believes that the biggest problem faced by practical architects is that the society does not understand or pay attention to the basic design of churches, especially compound churches. The prominent performance is the data set, there is almost no description of this kind of building in the relevant technical specifications, and the church's expression of functional issues is only about what they want to do, and it is not systematic and immature. The design of this project must be carried out on the basis of solving these problems, so at the beginning of the design, the author analyzes and summarizes all kinds of functional problems of the compound church, and analyzes and summarizes several church cases in the Yangtze River Delta region. Finally, the design of the project is completed. The whole design part is divided into four parts: project overview, project research, architectural design and result expression. The possible significance of this design study provides some useful experience for church design. Combing the basic design problems, such as complex functions and scales, is helpful to practice the architect's early scheme design of this kind of architecture, and to provide a reference for the development of contemporary Chinese compound Christian churches.
