【摘要】：在國家強有力的政策支持和居民消費的轉(zhuǎn)型背景下,我國的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展正迎來了歷史的最好時期。而文化產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)在國家發(fā)展文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的背景下,對地區(qū)的推動作用十分顯著,能夠成為有效的抓手。同時傳媒類機構(gòu)的崛起也為文化產(chǎn)業(yè)園的發(fā)展注入了全新的動力和營養(yǎng),成為了我國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的一大新興特征。 傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)雖為近年來的新興產(chǎn)業(yè),卻已逐漸超越傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)成為國民經(jīng)濟新的增長力量,作為其物質(zhì)載體的傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)園也因此營運而生,更成為一些主打“文化牌”的地區(qū)或城市的重點建設(shè)對象。傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)園的運營模式和物質(zhì)環(huán)境都不足以支持傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展和生產(chǎn)需要,存在許多不可預見的因素,并且隨著科技和信息的迅猛發(fā)展而迅速變化。 本文首先對國內(nèi)相關(guān)傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)園的建設(shè)經(jīng)驗進行歸納總結(jié),從產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究的角度分析其存在的問題,并詳細探討影響我國傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)園開發(fā)建設(shè)的相關(guān)因素。隨后展開對傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)園規(guī)劃設(shè)計相關(guān)內(nèi)容的探討,從產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、園區(qū)空間、園區(qū)建筑以及景觀環(huán)境等多角度來進行詳細闡述。最后在此理論基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合哈爾濱龍江傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)園的規(guī)劃設(shè)計實踐,再現(xiàn)理論分析和設(shè)計手法的運用,對新型經(jīng)濟體制下的傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)園建設(shè)提出一些初淺的經(jīng)驗和意見,希望能對今后這方面的理論研究和實踐工作起到一個拋磚引玉的作用。
[Abstract]:Under the background of strong national policy support and resident consumption transformation, the development of China's cultural industry is ushering in the best period in history. Under the background of the national development of cultural industry, the cultural industry park plays a very significant role in promoting the region and can become an effective grasp. At the same time, the rise of media organizations has also injected a new driving force and nutrition into the development of cultural industrial parks, and has become a new feature of cultural industrial parks in China. Although the media industry is a new industry in recent years, it has gradually surpassed the traditional industry to become a new growth force of the national economy, and the media industry park, as its material carrier, has also been born as a result of its operation. It has also become the key construction object of some areas or cities that mainly play the "cultural card". The operation mode and material environment of the traditional industrial park are not enough to support the development and production needs of the media industry, there are many unpredictable factors, and with the rapid development of science and technology and information, it changes rapidly. This paper first summarizes the construction experience of domestic media industrial parks, analyzes the existing problems from the perspective of industrial development strategy research, and discusses in detail the related factors affecting the development and construction of media industrial parks in China. Then it discusses the related contents of the planning and design of the media industrial park, and expounds in detail the development strategy of the industrial park, the space of the park, the architecture of the park and the landscape environment. Finally, on the basis of this theory, combined with the planning and design practice of Harbin Longjiang Media Industrial Park, this paper reproduces the theoretical analysis and the application of design techniques, and puts forward some preliminary experiences and opinions on the construction of the media industrial park under the new economic system. It is hoped that it can play a role in theoretical research and practical work in this field in the future.
