基于地域特色與人文關(guān)懷的小城鎮(zhèn)公園規(guī)劃設(shè)計研究

【摘要】：在城鎮(zhèn)化進程不斷加快的大背景下,越來越多的小城鎮(zhèn)開始著手建設(shè)屬于自己的城鎮(zhèn)公園,以提高城鎮(zhèn)居民生活質(zhì)量,完善小城鎮(zhèn)的基礎(chǔ)環(huán)境建設(shè)。然而近年來在小城鎮(zhèn)公園的建設(shè)中出現(xiàn)了許多問題,照搬大城市的公園設(shè)計,盲目的求新求大,不僅忽視了城鎮(zhèn)居民的景觀需求,同時也使公園失去了小城鎮(zhèn)應(yīng)有的地域特色。因此,本研究從實際問題出發(fā),以地域特色和人文關(guān)懷為出發(fā)點,探索小城鎮(zhèn)公園的規(guī)劃設(shè)計理念、工作程序與方法策略。 本研究以前人相關(guān)研究為基礎(chǔ),運用文獻研究、歸納演繹、案例分析、現(xiàn)場調(diào)研等方法將地域特色思想和人文關(guān)懷理念創(chuàng)新性地引入到小城鎮(zhèn)公園的規(guī)劃設(shè)計中,為小城鎮(zhèn)公園的建設(shè)提供新思路,并深刻探討了小城鎮(zhèn)公園規(guī)劃設(shè)計中運用地域特色與人文關(guān)懷理念的重要意義。通過對城市意象理論、場所精神理論、文脈延續(xù)理論、人類需求層次理論、環(huán)境心理學(xué)理論、景觀美學(xué)理論等相關(guān)理論的研究,為小城鎮(zhèn)公園規(guī)劃設(shè)計探索理論指導(dǎo)和科學(xué)依據(jù)。在此基礎(chǔ)上將小城鎮(zhèn)的地域特色歸納為自然環(huán)境特色、歷史文化特色和經(jīng)濟產(chǎn)業(yè)特色；將人文關(guān)懷理念分解為關(guān)懷生理需求、關(guān)懷安全需求、關(guān)懷情感和歸屬需求、關(guān)懷自尊需求和關(guān)懷自我實現(xiàn)的需求。本文還梳理了基于地域特色與人文關(guān)懷的小城鎮(zhèn)公園規(guī)劃設(shè)計的工作程序。強調(diào)公園設(shè)計前期對小城鎮(zhèn)地域特色、文化特色、產(chǎn)業(yè)特色、使用人群情況等基礎(chǔ)資料的調(diào)查分析,進而確定小城鎮(zhèn)公園的屬性定位和規(guī)劃目標(biāo),并提出小城鎮(zhèn)公園規(guī)劃設(shè)計要以生態(tài)優(yōu)先、地域特色和以人為本為設(shè)計原則。本研究重點探討了基于地域特色理念和人文關(guān)懷思想的小城鎮(zhèn)公園規(guī)劃設(shè)計的方法策略,并以此為指導(dǎo)對黑龍江省嫩江縣墨爾根公園進行規(guī)劃設(shè)計,并得出以下成果： (1)小城鎮(zhèn)公園的地域特色可從設(shè)計思想、設(shè)計手法和設(shè)計載體3個層面上體現(xiàn)。提出在設(shè)計思想上要遵從自然資源、傳承地域文化、展現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟產(chǎn)業(yè)來體現(xiàn)地域特色。在設(shè)計手法上可以運用保留、再現(xiàn)、隱喻、象征、重組等方法表達地域特色。在設(shè)計載體層面可以通過園林建筑、景觀小品、植物景觀、硬質(zhì)鋪裝等元素來展現(xiàn)地域特色。 (2)小城鎮(zhèn)公園的人文關(guān)懷設(shè)計可分別從關(guān)懷生理需求、關(guān)懷安全需求、關(guān)懷情感和歸屬需求、關(guān)懷尊重需求、關(guān)懷自我實現(xiàn)需求5個層面上來探討小城鎮(zhèn)公園規(guī)劃設(shè)計的方法策略,以滿足城鎮(zhèn)各層次居民的景觀需求。 (3)嫩江縣墨爾根公園規(guī)劃設(shè)計實例,在遵循文中提出的小城鎮(zhèn)公園規(guī)劃設(shè)計的設(shè)計理念、工作程序和方法策略的前提下,詳細設(shè)計了墨爾根公園和諧家園景觀片區(qū)。對該片區(qū)的方案設(shè)計提出以“家園”為設(shè)計的主題理念,根據(jù)家園的空間構(gòu)造將此片區(qū)分為前廳、中廳、后花園三個功能分區(qū),并在該片區(qū)設(shè)置了舞動廣場、下沉廣場、曲港匯芳、怡然閑庭、足跡之路、文化之旅、時光隧道、大豆廣場、陽光餐廳、健身空間、綠幽廣場、臨水遠眺12處主要景觀節(jié)點,用實際案例論證了小城鎮(zhèn)公園規(guī)劃設(shè)計中體現(xiàn)地域特色和人文關(guān)懷的方法策略,增強理論與實踐的結(jié)合,有效地論證研究課題。
[Abstract]:In the background of the acceleration of the process of urbanization, more and more small towns have started to build their own urban parks, so as to improve the living quality of the urban residents and improve the basic environment of the small towns. However, in recent years, many problems have arisen in the construction of the small town park, and the design of the park in the big cities is not only neglected, but the blindness is not only ignored the landscape requirements of the urban residents, but also the park has lost the local characteristics of the small towns. Therefore, from the point of view of the actual problem, this study explores the planning and design concept, the working procedure and the method strategy of the small town park based on the regional characteristics and the humanistic concern. Based on the study of the previous people, the paper, using the methods of literature research, induction and deduction, case analysis and on-site investigation, introduces the concept of regional characteristics and the concept of humanistic care to the planning and design of the small town park, and provides a new thinking for the construction of the small town park. The paper also probes into the important meaning of applying the concept of regional and humanistic care in the planning and design of small town parks. On the basis of the study of the theory of city image, the theory of the place spirit, the continuation of the vein, the theory of human demand, the theory of environmental psychology, the theory of landscape aesthetics, and so on, the theoretical guidance and the scientific basis for the planning and design of the small town park are given. On the basis of this, the regional characteristics of small towns are summed up as the characteristics of the natural environment, the characteristics of the historical culture and the characteristics of the economic industry, and the humanistic care concept is decomposed into the needs of caring for physiological needs, caring for safety needs, caring for emotional and home needs, caring for the needs of self-esteem and caring for self-actualization. The paper also reviews the working range of the planning and design of the small town park based on the regional characteristics and the humanistic concern. The paper emphasizes the research and analysis of the basic data such as the characteristics of the small towns, the characteristics of the culture, the characteristics of the industry and the use of the population in the early stage of the design of the park, and then determines the property orientation and the planning target of the small town park, and puts forward the planning and design of the small town park to be based on the ecological excellence. First, the regional characteristics and the people-oriented design are the original then, this research focuses on the method and strategy of the planning and design of small town park based on the concept of regional characteristics and the thought of human care, and the planning and design of the township park in Nenjiang County, Heilongjiang Province, and the following results are obtained: Fruit: (1) The geographical characteristics of the small town park can be from the design thought, the design method and the design carrier. It is reflected in the design idea that we should follow the natural resources, inherit the regional culture, and show the economy industry. In the design method, we can use the methods of retention, reproduction, metaphor, symbol, recombination and so on. The design carrier level can be represented by landscape architecture, landscape sketch, plant landscape, hard pavement and other elements. (2) The humanistic care design of small town park can discuss the planning and design of small town park from the five aspects of caring for physiological needs, caring for safety, caring for emotional and home needs, caring for needs and caring for self-actualization. The strategy of the method is to meet the residents of all levels of the town According to the design concept, working procedure and method strategy of the planning and design of the small town park, the planning and design of the city park in Nenjiang County, the design concept, the working procedure and the method strategy of the small town park planning and design are discussed in detail. The design of the film area is based on the "home"-oriented theme concept.
