玻璃幕墻新技術(shù)的實(shí)踐應(yīng)用研究
[Abstract]:Since the glass curtain wall was introduced into China by Japanese architects in the early 1980 s, glass curtain wall has been gradually favored by Chinese architects and architectural designers. Its main advantages are: strong permeability, low cost, light weight, good artistry and so on. At present, the shortcomings of domestic glass curtain wall products include: first, there are few glass curtain wall products with independent knowledge products, most of which are contract products of foreign enterprises; Second, the lack of the core technology of glass curtain wall manufacturing, which competes with the international market, can not meet the requirements of the international market; third, the problem of high energy consumption is also an important factor perplexing the development of glass curtain wall. Based on the above problems, a new national standard for energy saving design of public buildings was issued in 2005. It stipulates that the utilization rate of glass curtain wall should not exceed 70% and the material of glass curtain wall must use energy-saving material. This requires us to develop new glass curtain wall materials. At present, there are the following problems in the research of glass curtain wall at home and abroad: first, the current research on glass curtain wall is mainly aimed at the study of the manifestation of glass curtain wall; Second, there are few articles on glass curtain wall alone, which will be combined with building structure or building energy saving design. Third, even if there is a special discussion, it is classified as the outer skin or skin of the building, and there is little literature devoted to the study of the glass curtain wall itself, such as the analysis of the transmittance coefficient of the glass curtain wall. The research on the specific performance of glass curtain wall and the study of light pollution of glass curtain wall will be forgotten. On the basis of reading a large number of relevant literature at home and abroad, the author finds that the literature on the practical application of glass curtain wall as a new technology in the field of architecture is still very rare. Therefore, this paper takes the practical application of new technology of glass curtain wall as the research object. Through the positive study of glass curtain wall, the development history, technical achievements and application scope of glass curtain wall are studied systematically and specially. Based on the analysis of the development history of glass curtain wall, this paper puts forward the main research direction of glass curtain wall: glass curtain wall should have better waterproof and permeable performance, glass curtain wall should have better anti-noise interference performance. Glass curtain wall should have good thermal insulation performance. Based on the analysis of the technical achievements of glass curtain wall, this paper puts forward that the improvement of glass curtain wall technology is as follows: the structure of glass curtain wall, the application of new glass material of glass curtain wall, and the application of broken heat material of glass curtain wall. The application of glass curtain wall sealing material, glass curtain wall control technology and so on.
