【摘要】：據(jù)中廣網(wǎng)消息,2013年底,我國(guó)老年人將突破兩億；2025年,將突破3億,老年人口的增加固然代表著社會(huì)的進(jìn)步,但同時(shí)也帶來(lái)諸如居住、健康、休閑、服務(wù)等社會(huì)問(wèn)題,“如何養(yǎng)老”是每個(gè)人現(xiàn)在或未來(lái)都要關(guān)注的問(wèn)題。 環(huán)境設(shè)施是指為許多人生活活動(dòng)提供一定質(zhì)量保障的公用服務(wù)設(shè)施系統(tǒng),以及相應(yīng)的識(shí)別系統(tǒng)。適合老年人使用的環(huán)境設(shè)施不僅能最大可能的減少或消除老年人使用時(shí)存在的安全隱患,而且還可以通過(guò)多種手段彌補(bǔ)老年人身體機(jī)能的衰退,并指示其靈活便捷地使用操作各項(xiàng)設(shè)施,為老年人休閑、溝通等室外活動(dòng)提供了基本保障。但目前構(gòu)建適合老年人使用的環(huán)境設(shè)施仍是一個(gè)較新的領(lǐng)域,而老年公寓更應(yīng)為老年人提供較好的室外環(huán)境和環(huán)境設(shè)施以滿足其進(jìn)行室外活動(dòng)的需求。 本文以收集資料為基礎(chǔ),參考老年學(xué)、環(huán)境心理學(xué)等相關(guān)學(xué)科知識(shí),引申出適合老年人使用的環(huán)境設(shè)施設(shè)計(jì)原則與方法。通過(guò)對(duì)南京地區(qū)老年公寓的調(diào)研分析,接觸老年人使用環(huán)境設(shè)施的切身感受和體驗(yàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)老年公寓室外環(huán)境設(shè)施規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)上存在的問(wèn)題和不足,歸納出老年公寓存在的共性問(wèn)題。結(jié)合老年人的生活形態(tài)需求,針對(duì)在室外環(huán)境設(shè)施方面仍有欠缺的秦淮區(qū)老年公寓進(jìn)行具體的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)例實(shí)踐,印證適合老年人使用的室外環(huán)境設(shè)施設(shè)計(jì)原則與方法,為老年公寓室外環(huán)境設(shè)施設(shè)計(jì)課題的研究提供一些參考依據(jù),以期提高我國(guó)老年公寓室外環(huán)境設(shè)施設(shè)計(jì)的研究水平,并為南京地區(qū)的老年公寓的規(guī)劃和建設(shè)提出一些合理化的建議。
[Abstract]:According to China wide area Network, by the end of 2013, the elderly in China will exceed 200 million; In 2025, there will be more than 300 million people. While the increase of the elderly population represents the progress of society, it also brings social problems such as living, health, leisure, service and so on. "how to provide for old age" is a problem that everyone should pay attention to now or in the future. Environmental facility is a public service system which provides a certain quality assurance for many people's living activities, and the corresponding identification system. Environmental facilities suitable for the elderly can not only minimize or eliminate the safety hazards that exist in the use of older persons, but can also compensate for the decline in the physical functioning of the elderly through a variety of means, It also instructs them to use all kinds of facilities flexibly and conveniently, which provides basic guarantee for outdoor activities such as leisure, communication and so on for the elderly. However, it is still a new field to construct suitable environmental facilities for the elderly, and the apartment for the elderly should provide the elderly with better outdoor environment and environmental facilities to meet their needs for outdoor activities. On the basis of collecting data and referring to the knowledge of related subjects such as gerontology and environmental psychology, this paper extends the design principles and methods of environmental facilities suitable for the use of the elderly. Through the investigation and analysis of the apartment for the elderly in Nanjing area, it is found that there are some problems and deficiencies in the planning and design of the outdoor environmental facilities of the elderly apartment through the contact with the personal experience and experience of using the environmental facilities for the elderly. Summed up the common problems of the elderly apartment. According to the needs of life form of the elderly, the design practice of the elderly apartment in Qinhuai District, which is still lacking in outdoor environmental facilities, is carried out, and the design principles and methods of the outdoor environmental facilities suitable for the elderly are verified. In order to improve the research level of outdoor environmental facilities design of the elderly apartment in China, this paper provides some reference basis for the research of outdoor environmental facilities design of the elderly apartment. It also puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the planning and construction of the apartment for the elderly in Nanjing.
