生態(tài)庭院V2.0-高密度背景下傳統(tǒng)生態(tài)庭院更新設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:生態(tài)庭院具有悠久的歷史,它是人類長(zhǎng)期生產(chǎn)、生活的智慧結(jié)晶,擁有社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、環(huán)境等多重效益,在農(nóng)民生活和農(nóng)村建設(shè)中扮演著重要的角色。但是近幾年,伴隨著“農(nóng)民上樓”、農(nóng)村產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、農(nóng)村“空心化”等現(xiàn)象,傳統(tǒng)生態(tài)庭院面臨著消亡的危險(xiǎn)。面對(duì)這樣的背景,本文提出了升級(jí)生態(tài)庭院,打造生態(tài)庭院V2.0的構(gòu)想,并針對(duì)低層、多層、高層三種居住模式描繪了不同的V2.0版本生態(tài)庭院;藉此為未來生態(tài)庭院的延續(xù)和發(fā)展提供借鑒。 區(qū)別于傳統(tǒng)建筑學(xué)的研究,本文集合了生態(tài)學(xué)、農(nóng)業(yè)、社會(huì)學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等諸多學(xué)科研究成果,將建筑設(shè)計(jì)和資源代謝平衡的計(jì)算驗(yàn)證作為本文的研究重點(diǎn)。全文分為五個(gè)章節(jié)。第一章緒論部分,主要闡述了研究背景、研究?jī)?nèi)容和目的,并對(duì)研究方法及意義進(jìn)行了描述。第二章為相關(guān)研究和實(shí)踐綜述,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外社會(huì)學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、建筑學(xué)、農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)學(xué)等多個(gè)領(lǐng)域的研究實(shí)踐進(jìn)行了整理、歸納和分析,較為全面的展現(xiàn)了當(dāng)前相關(guān)領(lǐng)域研究和實(shí)踐的成果,并挖掘出其中所存的問題。第三章對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的生態(tài)庭院進(jìn)行了解析,在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建出新版本生態(tài)庭院的模型。該章節(jié)分為三個(gè)步驟:首先,抽取傳統(tǒng)生態(tài)庭院的核心要素,并對(duì)各要素之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行分析,描繪出傳統(tǒng)生態(tài)庭院的具象和抽象模型;然后,針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)生態(tài)庭院在當(dāng)前背景下所面臨的問題,在傳統(tǒng)原型中加入和置換新的要素;最終形成新型生態(tài)庭院的理想模型。該模型依據(jù)不同的空間形態(tài)和限定條件可以進(jìn)行逐層深入的細(xì)化和變形。第四章在新型生態(tài)庭院理想模型的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合當(dāng)前較為常見的幾種居住模式,分別設(shè)計(jì)了四個(gè)2.0版本的新型生態(tài)庭院方案,他們分別為低層生態(tài)庭院V2.0、生態(tài)庭院V2.0多層變體、生態(tài)庭院V2.0點(diǎn)式高層變體、生態(tài)庭院V2.0板式高層變體。該章節(jié)還從物質(zhì)代謝的角度對(duì)各個(gè)方案進(jìn)行了物質(zhì)量化和效果預(yù)測(cè)。方案設(shè)計(jì)部分包括設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)思、造型設(shè)計(jì)、空間設(shè)計(jì)、戶型設(shè)計(jì)、建筑節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)、沼氣工藝選擇、現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì);物質(zhì)代謝量化和效果預(yù)測(cè)包括沼氣循環(huán)系統(tǒng)的計(jì)算與分析、水循環(huán)系統(tǒng)的計(jì)算與分析、經(jīng)濟(jì)收入的計(jì)算與分析。此外,本章還以多層新型生態(tài)庭院為例,對(duì)種養(yǎng)結(jié)合、純種植兩種農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)模式的效果進(jìn)行了比對(duì)。第五章為本文的結(jié)語部分,通過對(duì)上述方案設(shè)計(jì)及計(jì)算結(jié)果的匯總和分析得出了相關(guān)結(jié)論,并進(jìn)一步討論了論文中存在的問題和不足,對(duì)下一步的研究提出了建議。 本文通過方案設(shè)計(jì)探究了居住建筑與農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)整合的手法,通過數(shù)據(jù)計(jì)算展現(xiàn)了評(píng)價(jià)新型生態(tài)庭院方案效果的方法和過程;從而在一定程度上驗(yàn)證了傳統(tǒng)生態(tài)庭院升級(jí)的可行性。
[Abstract]:Ecological courtyard has a long history, it is a long-term production, life wisdom crystallization, with social, economic, environmental and other multiple benefits, plays an important role in farmers' life and rural construction. However, in recent years, with "peasants upstairs", rural industrial structure adjustment, rural "hollow" and other phenomena, the traditional ecological courtyard is facing the danger of extinction. In the face of this background, this paper puts forward the idea of upgrading the ecological courtyard and creating the ecological courtyard V2.0, and describes the different V2.0 version ecological courtyard according to the low-level, multi-storey and high-rise residential modes. So as to provide reference for the continuation and development of the future ecological courtyard. Different from the research of traditional architecture, this paper integrates the research achievements of ecology, agriculture, sociology, economics and so on, and takes the calculation and verification of architectural design and resource metabolic balance as the research focus of this paper. The full text is divided into five chapters. The first chapter introduces the background, content and purpose of the research, and describes the research methods and significance. The second chapter is a summary of the related research and practice, and the research practice of sociology, economics, architecture, agroecology and so on at home and abroad has been sorted out, summarized and analyzed. It shows the achievements of current research and practice in related fields, and excavates the existing problems. The third chapter analyzes the traditional ecological courtyard, and constructs a new version of the ecological courtyard model. This chapter is divided into three steps: firstly, the core elements of the traditional ecological courtyard are extracted, and the relationship between the elements is analyzed, and the concrete and abstract models of the traditional ecological courtyard are described. Then, aiming at the problems faced by the traditional ecological courtyard under the current background, the new elements are added and replaced in the traditional prototype, and finally the ideal model of the new ecological courtyard is formed. The model can be further refined and deformed layer by layer according to different spatial morphology and limited conditions. In the fourth chapter, based on the ideal model of the new ecological courtyard, combined with several common living modes, four new ecological courtyard schemes of version 2.0 are designed, they are the low-level ecological courtyard V2.0, Ecological courtyard V2.0 multi-layer variant, ecological courtyard V2.0 point type high-rise variant, ecological courtyard V2.0 plate high-rise variant. This chapter also carries on the material quantification and the effect prediction from the point of view of material metabolism. The part of scheme design includes design conception, modeling design, space design, household design, building energy-saving design, biogas process selection, modern agricultural production technology design; The quantification and effect prediction of material metabolism include the calculation and analysis of biogas circulation system, the calculation and analysis of water circulation system, and the calculation and analysis of economic income. In addition, taking the multi-layer new ecological courtyard as an example, the effects of the combination of breeding and cultivation and pure planting on two agricultural production modes were compared. The fifth chapter is the conclusion of this paper, through the summary and analysis of the above-mentioned scheme design and calculation results, the related conclusions are drawn, and the problems and shortcomings in the paper are further discussed, and some suggestions for the next step are put forward. This paper explores the integration of residential architecture and agricultural production through the scheme design, and shows the method and process of evaluating the effect of the new ecological courtyard scheme through data calculation. Thus to a certain extent, the feasibility of upgrading the traditional ecological courtyard is verified.
