【摘要】：近年來隨著經(jīng)濟增長和人口增加，上海的城市規(guī)模不斷向郊區(qū)擴張，居住社區(qū)也呈現(xiàn)出城郊化和大型化的發(fā)展趨勢，在近郊區(qū)出現(xiàn)了很多大型居住社區(qū)，與其配套的居住社區(qū)商業(yè)建筑也得到了一定的發(fā)展，并逐漸成為上海城市商業(yè)發(fā)展的主導(dǎo)形式之一。 由于受到地域和交通條件的限制，近郊大型居住社區(qū)居民的日常購物消費主要依賴于社區(qū)商業(yè)。隨著人們生活水平的提升和消費觀念的改變，居住社區(qū)商業(yè)服務(wù)的綜合化趨向越來越明顯，居民的休閑娛樂、文體健身等活動都要求能在社區(qū)內(nèi)進行。因此近郊大型居住社區(qū)商業(yè)建筑有其自身的特殊性，，規(guī)劃和設(shè)計科學(xué)與否直接影響到居民的生活質(zhì)量和整個社區(qū)的品質(zhì)。本文的主要研究目的是對上海近郊大型居住社區(qū)商業(yè)建筑進行調(diào)查和研究，為該類型商業(yè)建筑的規(guī)劃和設(shè)計提供理論依據(jù)。 論文首先介紹了課題的研究背景和相關(guān)概念界定、文獻綜述、研究的目的和意義，以及所采用的研究方法，并對國內(nèi)外近郊居住社區(qū)商業(yè)建筑的理論研究和實踐進行綜述，為接下來的研究打下基礎(chǔ)。然后對近郊大型居住社區(qū)商業(yè)建筑的規(guī)劃和設(shè)計進行分析研究，先從建筑功能、商業(yè)業(yè)態(tài)、建筑布局三個方面對規(guī)劃展開探討，其次從場地設(shè)計、外觀造型、空間形態(tài)等方面來總結(jié)建筑設(shè)計的特點和原則。為了給上述研究提供客觀的事實依據(jù)，筆者選取上海近郊寶山區(qū)顧村大型居住社區(qū)的商業(yè)建筑進行實地調(diào)研考察，分析規(guī)劃和設(shè)計特點及存在的問題。論文最后通過筆者親身參與的工程項目實例，以期對近郊大型居住社區(qū)商業(yè)建筑的設(shè)計提供可參考的經(jīng)驗。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the economic growth and population increase, Shanghai's urban scale continues to expand to the suburbs, residential communities also present a suburban and large-scale development trend, in the suburbs there are many large-scale residential communities. Commercial buildings in residential communities have also been developed and gradually become one of the leading forms of urban commercial development in Shanghai. Due to the restriction of regional and traffic conditions, the daily shopping consumption of residents in suburban large-scale residential communities is mainly dependent on community commerce. With the improvement of people's living standard and the change of consumption concept, the comprehensive trend of commercial service in residential community is becoming more and more obvious. The activities of leisure and entertainment, sports and fitness of residents are all required to be carried out in the community. Therefore, commercial buildings in suburban large-scale residential communities have their own particularity, planning and design science or not has a direct impact on the quality of life and the quality of the whole community. The main purpose of this paper is to investigate and study the commercial buildings in large residential communities in the suburbs of Shanghai in order to provide a theoretical basis for the planning and design of this type of commercial buildings. Firstly, the paper introduces the research background and the definition of related concepts, literature review, the purpose and significance of the research, as well as the research methods used, and summarizes the theoretical research and practice of commercial buildings in suburban residential communities at home and abroad. To lay the foundation for the next research. Then the planning and design of the large-scale residential community commercial buildings in the suburbs are analyzed and studied. Firstly, the planning is discussed from three aspects: architectural function, commercial form and architectural layout, and then from the site design, appearance modeling, and so on. Space form and other aspects to summarize the characteristics and principles of architectural design. In order to provide an objective factual basis for the above research, the author selected the commercial buildings of Gu Cun large-scale residential community in Baoshan District, suburb of Shanghai, to conduct on-the-spot investigation and investigation, and analyzed the characteristics of planning and design as well as the existing problems. At the end of the paper, the author personally participated in the project examples, in order to provide a reference for the design of large-scale residential community commercial buildings in the suburbs.
