金屬氧化物顏料對(duì)隔熱涂料發(fā)射率和反射率的影響
[Abstract]:Based on the requirements of optical properties of exterior wall coatings in tropical and subtropical regions, the effects of various metal oxide pigments on the long wave emissivity and solar reflectivity of coatings were studied. The results show that the ferrochrome black coating in black pigment of metal oxide can achieve 0.95 and 0.94 high absorptivity in the ultraviolet and visible bands, and the absorptivity decreases to 0.45 in the near infrared band and the reflectivity is 0.38 in the near infrared band. The thermal reflectivity of Ti-Cr yellow coatings is better than that of Fe-Cr coatings, and the reflectivity of Ti-Cr yellow coatings in the near infrared range does not change with the increase of pulp content. The reflectivity curves of the iron-red coating and the iron-yellow coating with the same amount of color paste are basically coincident in the range of 1 000 渭 2 500nm, and the absorption ability of the iron-red coating is stronger than that of the iron-yellow coating in the 800 渭 1 000nm spectral range.
