自攻螺釘參數(shù)設置對膠合木梁柱節(jié)點受力性能的影響

【摘要】:采用自攻螺釘對膠合木梁柱節(jié)點進行橫紋加強可有效傳遞木材的橫紋拉應力和順紋剪應力,從而延緩木材開裂、提高節(jié)點性能。為了研究自攻螺釘?shù)牟贾瞄g距、直徑和個數(shù)等參數(shù)對加強節(jié)點受力性能的影響,對4組采用不同布置間距、直徑和個數(shù)的自攻螺釘加強膠合木螺栓連接梁柱節(jié)點進行單調和低周往復加載試驗,得到各組節(jié)點的剛度、延性、承載力、破壞模式和抗震性能。結果表明:自攻螺釘個數(shù)增加、直徑增大,節(jié)點的承載力、破壞轉角、延性系數(shù)以及節(jié)點總耗能增大;自攻螺釘布置間距的變化對節(jié)點在單調荷載作用下的承載力和延性系數(shù)無明顯影響;而節(jié)點在往復荷載作用下時,隨著自攻螺釘布置間距的減小,節(jié)點承載力和總耗能降低。
[Abstract]:The transverse tensile stress and shear stress of wood can be effectively transferred by using tapping screws to strengthen the beam-column joints of glued wood, thus delaying the cracking of wood and improving the joint performance. In order to study the influence of the parameters such as the arrangement spacing, diameter and number of tapping screws on the mechanical performance of the reinforced joints, different arrangement spacing was used for 4 groups. The stiffness, ductility, bearing capacity, failure mode and seismic performance of Liang Zhu joints are obtained by monotone and low-cycle reciprocating loading tests with self-tapping screw reinforced glued wood bolted joints in diameter and number. The results show that the number of tapping screws increases, the diameter increases, the bearing capacity, the failure angle, the ductility coefficient and the total energy dissipation of the joints increase. The change of tapping screw spacing has no obvious effect on the bearing capacity and ductility coefficient of the joint under monotonic load, while the bearing capacity and total energy dissipation of the joint decrease with the decrease of tapping screw spacing under reciprocating load.
