【摘要】：成都作為天府之國,歷史悠久。街道承載著這座城市的記憶,記錄了時代的變遷。住宅作為臨街建筑立面中重要的元素,與其他建筑一起構(gòu)成了街道的空間,也是為城市風(fēng)貌的重要組成部分。由于年代的久遠加上維護的不足,臨街住宅出現(xiàn)了立面色彩雜亂、材料老化、立面視覺混亂等問題,與大量新建住宅形成了鮮明的對比,嚴重影響了城市的形象和街道的識別性。臨街住宅立面改造常常作城市景觀改造的重要手段,近年來在我國許多城市得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。文章首先通過對研究背景分析,結(jié)合對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究的了解,明確了研究的目的和意義。通過對城市街道和住宅立面設(shè)計兩方面相關(guān)理論的研究和總結(jié),建立起對城市臨街住宅立面更新改造的認識,并對更新改造對象的構(gòu)成元素進行了分類和解析。通過成都地區(qū)臨街住宅立面的發(fā)展和現(xiàn)狀問題的總結(jié),結(jié)合成都地區(qū)的具體問題,找出影響臨街住宅立面改造的因素。結(jié)合調(diào)研案例歸納出相應(yīng)的改造觀念、設(shè)計原則、設(shè)計策略及改造內(nèi)容,并詳細探討了舊住宅外立面各構(gòu)成元素的具體改造措施,探索出適合成都市臨街住宅立面改造設(shè)計方法。
[Abstract]:Chengdu, as a land of natural property, has a long history. The streets bear the memory of the city and record the vicissitudes of the times. As an important element in the facade of street-facing buildings, residential buildings together with other buildings constitute the space of the streets, and are also an important part of the city style. Due to the age and lack of maintenance, the problems of facade color disorder, material aging, facade visual confusion and so on appeared in street-facing houses, which formed a sharp contrast with a large number of newly built houses. It has seriously affected the image of the city and the identification of streets. The facade transformation of street-facing residential buildings is often used as an important means of urban landscape transformation, and has been widely used in many cities in China in recent years. Firstly, the purpose and significance of the research are clarified by analyzing the background of the research and combining with the understanding of the relevant research at home and abroad. By studying and summarizing the related theories of urban street and residential facade design, this paper establishes the understanding of urban street-facing residential facade renewal and transformation, and classifies and analyzes the constituent elements of urban street-facing residential facade design. Based on the summary of the development and present situation of street-facing residential facade in Chengdu and the concrete problems in Chengdu, the factors affecting the facade reconstruction of street-facing residential buildings are found out. Combining with the investigation cases, this paper sums up the corresponding reform ideas, design principles, design strategies and reform contents, and discusses in detail the concrete transformation measures of each constituent element of the exterior facade of the old residence. To explore a suitable design method for facade reconstruction of street-facing residential buildings in Chengdu.
