【摘要】：針對(duì)當(dāng)前我國(guó)餐飲空間設(shè)計(jì)中缺乏本土原創(chuàng)性設(shè)計(jì)以及設(shè)計(jì)模式趨于雷同的現(xiàn)狀以鹽城濕地文化為例,從特定的文化設(shè)計(jì)方面入手,以具體案例分別從形態(tài)元素、色彩要素、人文故事、地域材料、特色景觀、照明特點(diǎn)等角度探討地域文化在餐飲空間設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用途徑,使地方文化的保護(hù)不僅是以文字典籍的形式存在,更是以一種活化的狀態(tài)存在,為實(shí)現(xiàn)文化藝術(shù)資源與餐飲行業(yè)的跨界融合尋求新的視角。
[Abstract]:Taking Yancheng wetland culture as an example, in view of the lack of native original design and the tendency of design pattern in the current dining space design of our country, this paper starts with the specific cultural design, and takes the concrete case from the form element and the color factor respectively. This paper discusses the application of regional culture in dining space design from the perspectives of humanistic story, regional material, characteristic landscape and lighting characteristics, so that the protection of local culture exists not only in the form of literary books, but also in a state of activation. In order to realize the cross-border integration of cultural and artistic resources and catering industry to seek a new perspective.
