【摘要】：隨著中國社會的發(fā)展,城市的不斷建設(shè),住宅的價格也隨著數(shù)量的增長水漲船高,后進入城市安居的人們比先融入城市的市民所要付出的代價大的多。住宅問題作為人的基本剛性需求是必須要解決的,而青年群體是購房最為迫切也是最難解決的群體。但在在市場上較成熟的住宅大多是以主干家庭的居住需求設(shè)計的,真正針對青年群體的住宅較少。近年以來隨著文化理念的進步,青年群體居住行為也隨之發(fā)生了很大的改變,許多單身公寓,小戶型住宅的設(shè)計依然維持傳統(tǒng)的設(shè)計理念,除了面積小并沒有真正的貼合青年群體的使用需求。本文研究的就是如何能設(shè)計出滿足青年群體生活習(xí)慣又符合青年群體的購買力的小戶型住宅。 文章從青年群體和小戶型住宅兩方面著手。首先對青年人的心理和生活習(xí)慣做了仔細的剖析,并且通過問卷調(diào)查研究出當今青年人對于住房的實際需求。其次小戶型住宅方面,總結(jié)了國外的相關(guān)理論實踐,并對國內(nèi)實際案例進行了實例調(diào)研和分析,總結(jié)出當今青年住宅的設(shè)計缺陷及優(yōu)秀青年住宅應(yīng)該有的特點。 文章收集了大量小戶型青年住宅的實例圖紙,以不同面積區(qū)間加以歸類后進行分析,并得出住宅總體的設(shè)計原則。之后再詳細分析各部分功能空間的設(shè)計策略及極限空間的家具尺寸。讓住宅做到麻雀雖小,但功能齊全。 住宅空間狹小容易對人身心產(chǎn)生不良影響。從功能復(fù)合、回路空間、空間分隔、住宅裝修等方面總結(jié)出擴大和優(yōu)化小戶型住宅空間的策略,并結(jié)合實例分析小戶型的空間利用。
[Abstract]:With the development of Chinese society and the continuous construction of cities, the price of housing increases with the increase of the number of people, and the price of people entering the city is much more expensive than that of the citizens who first integrate into the city. As a basic rigid demand of human being, the housing problem must be solved, and the youth group is the most urgent and the most difficult to solve the group. However, most of the mature houses in the market are designed with the housing needs of the main families, and the real housing for the youth group is less. In recent years, with the progress of cultural ideas, the behavior of young people has changed greatly. The design of many single apartments and small houses still maintains the traditional design ideas. Apart from the small size, there is no real fit for the use needs of the youth group. This paper studies how to design a small house which can satisfy the living habits of the youth group and accord with the purchasing power of the youth group. The article starts from two aspects: youth group and small house. First of all, the psychological and living habits of young people are analyzed carefully, and the actual demand for housing of young people is investigated by questionnaire. Secondly, on the aspect of small house, the related theory and practice in foreign countries are summarized, and the practical cases in China are investigated and analyzed, and the design defects of today's youth housing and the characteristics of outstanding young people's housing are summarized. This paper collects a large number of practical drawings of a large number of small-family young people's houses, classifies them into different areas and analyzes them, and obtains the general design principles of the houses. Then the design strategy of each part of the function space and the furniture size of the limit space are analyzed in detail. Let the house be small, but full-featured. Housing space is small and easy to have a negative impact on people's body and mind. This paper summarizes the strategy of expanding and optimizing the space of small house from the aspects of function compound, loop space, space separation, house decoration, etc., and analyzes the space utilization of small house type with an example.
