【摘要】：工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)信息采集與管理是工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護開展的基礎(chǔ)。BIM在工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)信息采集與管理領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用研究目前處于剛剛起步狀態(tài),存在大量的研究空白。本文借鑒了BIM在建筑遺產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域的現(xiàn)有研究成果,針對目前研究的空白與不足,在較為宏觀層面上開展對BIM在工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)信息采集與管理研究。文章通過分析BIM的自身優(yōu)勢,解讀工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的信息需求,闡述運用BIM理念于工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)信息采集、管理的必要性和可行性。通過對工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)信息的分級,明確了BIM在工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)信息工作中的適用范圍,進而明確此范圍內(nèi)工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)信息采集內(nèi)容。以北洋水師大沽船塢廠區(qū)、大沽船塢輪機車間、黃�；瘜W(xué)工業(yè)研究社、新港船廠輪機車間內(nèi)原有設(shè)備、新港船廠機加工車間生產(chǎn)工藝流線等案例實踐為背景,文章闡述BIM在工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)建構(gòu)筑物、設(shè)備與生產(chǎn)工藝流程、工業(yè)環(huán)境的信息采集、建模、管理的工作方法和流程。同時,在信息初步處理中,提出點云從三維到三維的處理方式;在模型建構(gòu)階段,將現(xiàn)有的“表意模型”概念規(guī)范成為“信息索引框架模型”概念。文章挖掘BIM信息模型的內(nèi)涵與外延,結(jié)合工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護需求,提出工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)信息服務(wù)概念。通過多角度分析,論證基于BIM的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)信息服務(wù)能夠?qū)I(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護和研究各領(lǐng)域的支持。
[Abstract]:The collection and management of industrial heritage information is the basis of industrial heritage protection. The application of BIM in the field of industrial heritage information collection and management is just in its infancy and there are a lot of research gaps. This paper draws lessons from the existing research results of BIM in the field of architectural heritage, aiming at the gaps and shortcomings of the present research, carries out the research on the information collection and management of BIM in industrial heritage on a macro-level. By analyzing the advantages of BIM, this paper interprets the information demand of industrial heritage, and expounds the necessity and feasibility of using BIM to collect and manage the information of industrial heritage. Through the classification of industrial heritage information, the scope of application of BIM in industrial heritage information work is defined, and the content of industrial heritage information collection in this scope is further clarified. Taking the case practice of Dagu dock area, Dagu dock marine engineering workshop, Huang Hai Chemical Industry Research Society, the original equipment in the marine engineering workshop of Xingang Shipyard, and the production process flow line in the machinery workshop of Xingang Shipyard as the background, This paper describes the working methods and processes of BIM in the construction of industrial heritage, equipment and production process, information collection, modeling and management of industrial environment. At the same time, in the initial information processing, the point cloud from three-dimensional to three-dimensional processing mode; in the model construction stage, the existing "ideographic model" concept is standardized into the "information index framework model" concept. This paper excavates the connotation and extension of BIM information model, and puts forward the concept of industrial heritage information service according to the demand of industrial heritage protection. Through the multi-angle analysis, it is proved that the BIM-based industrial heritage information service can support the protection and research of industrial heritage.
