柏林新博物館建筑保護(hù)與更新案例研究

【摘要】：建筑是關(guān)于形象的藝術(shù)，而城市是記憶的載體，歷史建筑和歷史街區(qū)蘊(yùn)含了一個城市中人們的集體無意識，反映了一座城市的城市記憶與個性特征，是歷史信息的真實(shí)反映、是文化景觀多樣性的表現(xiàn)。歷史建筑同時也是人類不可再生的寶貴的資源，體現(xiàn)了一座城市的特色與魅力，在城市生活被重新定義的今天，如何使歷史建筑通過保護(hù)與更新的方式積極融入現(xiàn)代都市生活成為很多學(xué)者日益重視的問題。歷史建筑究竟如何才能起到增加城市多樣性、承載城市集體記憶、反映傳統(tǒng)街區(qū)文脈、記錄經(jīng)典建筑風(fēng)格、調(diào)節(jié)城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)、帶動經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的作用？基于這些問題，本文通過對德國柏林新博物館的歷史以及修復(fù)措施的案例研究，，著重分析這些具體修復(fù)措施背后的所體現(xiàn)出的修復(fù)理念。探究如何通過修復(fù)與更新使歷史建筑被激活，并承擔(dān)起現(xiàn)代社會中應(yīng)有的責(zé)任，成為負(fù)責(zé)任的歷史建筑，以期使我國的建筑歷史遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)從中得以借鑒作用。 文章分為五大部分。在第一部分介紹國內(nèi)外歷史建筑保護(hù)基本概況。 在此基礎(chǔ)之上，第二部分進(jìn)入案例所在的具體環(huán)境介紹歐洲歷史建筑保護(hù)更新領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展成果以及柏林新博物館項(xiàng)目的相關(guān)背景。 第三、四部分在第二部分的基礎(chǔ)之上，從案例保護(hù)的歷史、保護(hù)的理念進(jìn)而深入到具體技術(shù)措施與目的的分析，重點(diǎn)闡述案例在歷史與藝術(shù)方面有哪些特殊的價值，以及如何通過修復(fù)手段將改歷史建筑激活。 文章第五部分，將案例的分析結(jié)果加以歸納與我國的歷史建筑保護(hù)現(xiàn)狀相結(jié)合。闡述對于我國建筑歷史遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)的借鑒意義與對未來的展望。
[Abstract]:Architecture is the art of image, while the city is the carrier of memory. Historical buildings and historic blocks contain the collective unconscious of people in a city, reflecting the city's urban memory and personality, and the true reflection of historical information. Is the cultural landscape diversity performance. At the same time, the historical building is also a valuable resource of human being, which embodies the characteristics and charm of a city. Today, the city life is redefined. How to integrate historical buildings into modern urban life by means of protection and renewal has become a problem that many scholars pay more and more attention to. How on earth can historical buildings increase the diversity of cities, carry collective memory of cities, reflect the context of traditional blocks, record the classical architectural styles, adjust the urban spatial structure, and promote the economic development? Based on these problems, through the history of the new museum in Berlin, Germany and the case study of the restoration measures, this paper focuses on the analysis of the restoration ideas behind these concrete restoration measures. This paper explores how to activate historical buildings through restoration and renewal and take up the responsibility in modern society and become a responsible historical building in order to make the protection of architectural historical heritage in our country draw lessons from it. The article is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the basic situation of the protection of historical buildings at home and abroad. On this basis, the second part introduces the specific environment of the case and introduces the development achievements in the field of conservation and renewal of historical buildings in Europe, as well as the background of the new museum project in Berlin. The third and fourth parts, based on the second part, from the history of case protection, the concept of protection to the analysis of specific technical measures and purposes, focusing on the case in the history and art aspects of what special value, And how to renovate the historic buildings by means of activation. In the fifth part, the result of case analysis is combined with the present situation of protection of historical buildings in China. This paper expounds the significance of reference for the protection of architectural historical heritage in China and the prospect for the future.
