混凝土減膠劑的性能研究

【摘要】:外加劑是現(xiàn)代混凝土必不可少的組分之一,有些學(xué)者甚至稱其為混凝土的第五元素。因此使用高效高性能減水劑業(yè)已成為我國混凝土行業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢。混凝土減膠劑作為新一代的混凝土外加劑,能夠更好的改善混凝土的性能,減少單方混凝土中的膠凝材料用量。在摻加減水劑的基礎(chǔ)上,減膠劑能夠更好地發(fā)揮其減膠的性能。本文通過檢測摻加減膠劑的混凝土性能試驗,研究減膠劑對混凝土工作性和耐久性能的影響,同時通過新拌水泥漿體的粒徑分析,分析減膠劑的減膠原理,認(rèn)為減膠劑可以進(jìn)一步打開絮凝結(jié)構(gòu),促進(jìn)水泥水化。結(jié)果證明減膠劑能夠改善新混凝土拌合物的工作性,28天的抗壓強度可以提高18%。Ⅰ型減膠劑后期抗壓強度略高于Ⅱ型減膠劑,但是差距不是很大。Ⅰ型減膠劑的最大減膠率為10.5%左右,Ⅱ型的減膠劑的減膠率為14.2%左右,Ⅱ型減膠劑要比Ⅰ型減膠劑的減膠效果好,但是用量比Ⅰ型減膠劑稍微大些。在抗壓強度方面Ⅰ型減膠劑3天抗壓強度最大相差18%,7天抗壓強度最大相差17%,Ⅱ型減膠劑3天抗壓強度最大相差11%,7天抗壓強度最大相差16%;兩種類型減膠劑的最大減膠率對應(yīng)的3天強度分別為16.1 MPa和15.2 MPa,7天強度分別為20.6 MPa和19.8 MPa,Ⅱ型減膠劑的抗壓強度比Ⅰ型減膠劑稍微偏小,不過隨著減膠劑摻量的變化,Ⅱ型減膠劑的混凝土抗壓強度比Ⅰ型穩(wěn)定。研究表明,Ⅱ型減膠劑的28天抗壓強度比Ⅰ型的高,但大部分都比基準(zhǔn)強度略底,Ⅰ型減膠劑最大減膠率對應(yīng)的28天抗壓強度為37.5MPa,Ⅱ型的為36.9 MPa,分別與基準(zhǔn)相差1.6%和3.1%。提高混凝土的耐久性,減少膠凝材料的用量,減少水泥混凝土行業(yè)碳排放,對我國建筑行業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展有較大的積極意義。

Therefore, the use of high-efficiency and high-performance water-reducing agent has become the development trend of our country's concrete industry. As a new generation of concrete admixture, concrete antiglue can better improve the performance of concrete and reduce the amount of cementitious material in unilateral concrete. On the basis of adding water reducing agent, the glue reducer can better exert its property of reducing glue. In this paper, the influence of antiglue on the workability and durability of concrete is studied by testing the concrete performance of adding reducer.
