【摘要】：上海憑借全國的經(jīng)濟(jì)中心城市地位，成為我國發(fā)展文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的龍頭，創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園的建設(shè)蓬勃興起。同時，上海擁有大量老洋房、老廠房、老倉庫等優(yōu)秀歷史建筑，通過改造這些老廠房注入新的創(chuàng)意元素，促進(jìn)了上海文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的形成，也成為實(shí)施科教興市主戰(zhàn)略的一個新增長點(diǎn)。隨著知識經(jīng)濟(jì)愈來愈受到重視，關(guān)于創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園的研究增多，專門針對上海創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園的也有不少，大都涉及創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園的開發(fā)管理、規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)、建筑改造等方面，對于創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園公共空間的研究也大多從設(shè)計(jì)手法的角度做一些具體分析。這些研究都為這一新興產(chǎn)業(yè)形式在設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展提供了積極的參考價值，但仍然不夠完整，這個復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)還需要其他可供借鑒的研究角度。適應(yīng)性概念的引入，目的在于運(yùn)用其動態(tài)觀和整體協(xié)調(diào)關(guān)系為現(xiàn)代公共空間設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)建一個可調(diào)節(jié)反饋的和諧的設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)。 本文立足于適應(yīng)性研究的獨(dú)特視角，以設(shè)計(jì)藝術(shù)學(xué)為基礎(chǔ)，探索上海創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園公共空間的適應(yīng)性演變過程。邏輯架構(gòu)圍繞上海創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園公共空間的適應(yīng)性設(shè)計(jì)這一核心議題展開，提出問題、分析問題、解決問題。通過有重點(diǎn)、分層次地走訪調(diào)研上海二十多家舊廠房改造而來的創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園，具體分析了其中有代表性的三個，從物質(zhì)載體和人文要素兩大方面做出適應(yīng)性更新結(jié)果的總結(jié)。用類比分析的方法將這二十家創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園歸類整理并繪制出公共空間的平面圖，，比較直觀地反映了如何建立合理的適應(yīng)性對策。最終側(cè)重于歷史人文的角度，探索出更好地適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代人行為方式與心理特征的創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園公共空間發(fā)展模式，讓公共環(huán)境更加適宜人類的居住和發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the status of national economic center, Shanghai has become the leader of the development of cultural and creative industries in China, and the construction of creative industry parks has flourished. At the same time, Shanghai has a large number of outstanding historical buildings such as old houses, old factories, old warehouses, and so on. By transforming these old buildings into new creative elements, it has promoted the formation of Shanghai's cultural and creative industrial chain. It has also become a new growth point of implementing the main strategy of revitalizing the city through science and education. With more and more attention being paid to the knowledge economy, the research on creative industry parks has increased, and there are many specially aimed at Shanghai creative industry parks. Most of them involve the development, management, planning and design of creative industrial parks, architectural transformation, etc. The research on the public space of creative industry park is mostly from the point of view of design techniques. These studies have provided a positive reference value for the development of this new industrial form in the field of design, but it is still not complete, and this complex system also needs other research angles that can be used for reference. The purpose of the introduction of the concept of adaptability is to construct a harmonious design system with adjustable feedback for modern public space design by using its dynamic view and overall coordination relationship. Based on the unique perspective of adaptability research, this paper explores the adaptive evolution of the public space of Shanghai Creative Industry Park on the basis of design art. The logical framework revolves around the core topic of adaptive design of the public space of Shanghai Creative Industry Park, which puts forward problems, analyzes problems, and solves problems. Through visiting and investigating more than 20 creative industrial parks transformed from old factories in Shanghai, the paper analyzes three representative ones, and summarizes the results of adaptability renewal from two aspects: material carrier and humanistic elements. By means of analogy analysis, the twenty creative industrial parks are classified and mapped out the plan of public space, which reflects directly how to establish reasonable adaptive countermeasures. Finally, focusing on the historical and humanistic point of view, to explore a better fit for modern behavior and psychological characteristics of creative industrial park public space development model, so that the public environment is more suitable for human habitation and development.
