轉(zhuǎn)子式混凝土濕噴機送料裝置的設(shè)計與研究

【摘要】:介紹了國內(nèi)外混凝土濕噴機的發(fā)展歷程,探究了濕噴機送料裝置研究的意義,對轉(zhuǎn)子式混凝土濕噴機和濕噴機送料裝置的工作原理作了重點介紹,分析了當(dāng)前濕噴機在實際工作中存在著物料不能有效利用的缺點。本文利用現(xiàn)代設(shè)計理論和方法,對送料裝置的螺旋總長、螺旋葉片厚度、螺旋外徑、傾斜角度、螺旋葉片螺距、螺旋軸外徑、螺旋軸內(nèi)徑進行優(yōu)化,并針對某廠家某型號的混凝土濕噴機的送料裝置展開優(yōu)化設(shè)計和研究。 為尋求物料在輸送過程中的運動特征和受力特征,對轉(zhuǎn)子式混凝土濕噴機螺旋送料裝置的工作原理做了詳細的分析,了解了物料的運動狀態(tài),總結(jié)出物料與送料裝置螺旋軸軸心的距離和物料運動速度之間的關(guān)系,找到了保證送料裝置按要求輸送物料需滿足的條件。 通過了解優(yōu)化設(shè)計思想和建模原則,建立了關(guān)于濕噴機送料裝置的雙目標多約束的數(shù)學(xué)模型。利用理想點求解思想和MATLAB軟件對雙目標數(shù)學(xué)模型進行求解,結(jié)合送料裝置參數(shù)優(yōu)先系列標準對求解結(jié)果進行圓整。對比優(yōu)化前后送料裝置的輸送效率和整機重量,證明了此優(yōu)化方案的可行性。 利用PRO/E5.0對送料裝置螺旋體進行三維建模,并將其導(dǎo)入ANSYS中進行有限元力學(xué)分析。觀察螺旋體的應(yīng)力云圖和位移云圖知,,優(yōu)化后的螺旋體符合材料要求。 介紹了JPS5I-L轉(zhuǎn)子式混凝土噴射機組的操作方法和轉(zhuǎn)矩測試系統(tǒng),利用應(yīng)變片轉(zhuǎn)矩傳感器完成了螺旋軸扭矩的測量,實驗結(jié)果表明,送料裝置優(yōu)化方案可以實現(xiàn)設(shè)計目的。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the development course of the wet spraying machine for concrete at home and abroad, probes into the significance of the research on the feeding device of the wet jet machine, and emphatically introduces the working principle of the rotary wet jet machine and the feeding device of the wet jet machine. This paper analyzes the shortcoming of the wet jet machine which can't be used effectively in the actual work. In this paper, the helical total length, thickness of helical blade, helical outer diameter, inclined angle, pitch of helical blade, outer diameter of helical shaft and inner diameter of helical shaft are optimized by using modern design theory and method. The optimal design and research on the feeding device of a certain type of wet concrete spraying machine are also carried out. In order to find out the movement and force characteristics of the material in the process of conveying, the working principle of the screw feeding device of the rotor type wet concrete sprayer is analyzed in detail, and the moving state of the material is understood. The relationship between the distance between the material and the axis of the helical shaft and the moving speed of the material is summarized, and the conditions to ensure that the material is transported according to the requirements of the feeding device are found. Through understanding the optimal design idea and modeling principle, a mathematical model of dual-objective and multi-constraint for the feeding device of wet jet machine is established. The ideal point solution idea and MATLAB software are used to solve the two-objective mathematical model, and the results are rounded by combining the feeding device parameter priority series standard. The feasibility of the optimization scheme is proved by comparing the conveying efficiency and the weight of the whole machine before and after the optimization. PRO/E5.0 was used to model the helix of feeding device, and it was introduced into ANSYS for finite element mechanical analysis. The stress cloud map and displacement cloud map of the helix are observed. The optimized spirals meet the requirements of materials. The operating method and torque testing system of JPS5I-L rotor-type concrete sprayer are introduced. The torque of spiral shaft is measured by strain gauge torque sensor. The experimental results show that the optimization scheme of feeding device can achieve the purpose of design.
