天然浮石輕骨料混凝土復(fù)合聚丙烯纖維后性能的改善

【摘要】:內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)是盛產(chǎn)天然浮石的地方。浮石作為輕骨料混凝土中粗集料的一種具有獨(dú)到的優(yōu)勢。當(dāng)然,也會存有一些自我無法彌補(bǔ)的缺陷。本文希望通過聚丙烯纖維來增進(jìn)天然浮石輕骨料混凝土的韌性,減少、控制混凝土塑性收縮裂縫的生成和發(fā)展,進(jìn)而提高其力學(xué)性能和耐久性。 據(jù)了解,國內(nèi)外對聚丙烯纖維混凝土和輕骨料混凝土研究已經(jīng)很發(fā)達(dá),并發(fā)現(xiàn)了兩種混凝土的諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn),但對聚丙烯纖維浮石輕骨料混凝土的研究還沒有具體結(jié)論(尤其在國內(nèi)),并且天然浮石本身還具有地區(qū)特性(與火山周圍的環(huán)境、噴發(fā)時(shí)間段的天氣狀況等息息相關(guān))。所以,對浮石輕骨料混凝土加入聚丙烯纖維研究具有很大的意義的。 本文在LC25、LC30浮石輕骨料混凝土中摻入不同摻量的聚丙烯纖維組成試驗(yàn)組,進(jìn)行力學(xué)試驗(yàn)和抗凍試驗(yàn),依據(jù)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果和現(xiàn)象研究聚丙烯纖維對浮石輕骨料混凝土性能的影響、分析其影響機(jī)理,并定量分析出纖維的最佳摻量。最后,對聚丙烯纖維輕骨料混凝土進(jìn)行抗凍耐久性的D-N模型預(yù)測和對、LC30混凝土進(jìn)行凍融損傷方程演化。經(jīng)試驗(yàn)整理、分析得出:在本試驗(yàn)纖維摻量范圍內(nèi),聚丙烯纖維對浮石輕骨料混凝土的力學(xué)性能和抗凍性能具有改善作用,這可為工程實(shí)踐提供理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Inner Mongolia Autonomous region is rich in natural pumice. Pumice as a coarse aggregate in lightweight aggregate concrete has a unique advantage. Of course, there will be some self-irreparable defects. This paper hopes to improve the toughness of natural pumice lightweight aggregate concrete through polypropylene fiber, reduce and control the formation and development of plastic shrinkage cracks of concrete, and then improve its mechanical properties and durability. It is understood that the research on polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete and lightweight aggregate concrete has been well developed at home and abroad, and has found many advantages of the two kinds of concrete. However, the study of polypropylene fiber pumice lightweight aggregate concrete has no concrete conclusion (especially in China), and the natural pumice itself also has regional characteristics (closely related to the environment around the volcano, the weather conditions of the eruption period, etc.). Therefore, it is of great significance to study the addition of polypropylene fiber to pumice lightweight aggregate concrete. In this paper, the effects of polypropylene fiber on the properties of pumice lightweight aggregate concrete were studied according to the experimental results and phenomena. The influence mechanism of the fiber was analyzed and the optimum content of fiber was quantitatively analyzed. Finally, the D-N model is used to predict the freezing durability of polypropylene fiber lightweight aggregate concrete and the damage equation of freeze-thaw damage of LC30 concrete is developed. It is concluded that polypropylene fiber can improve the mechanical properties and frost resistance of pumice lightweight aggregate concrete in the range of fiber content, which can provide a theoretical basis for engineering practice.
