【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)的項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)模式效率低成本高,已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)建筑業(yè)對(duì)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目?jī)r(jià)值最大化的要求。IPD模式是行業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的有效模式。在介紹IPD模式的基礎(chǔ)上,比較IPD模式與傳統(tǒng)采購(gòu)模式的差異,分析了BIM技術(shù)在IPD項(xiàng)目各階段文件以及模型的應(yīng)用,指出其中的關(guān)鍵執(zhí)行點(diǎn),為實(shí)現(xiàn)BIM技術(shù)下IPD協(xié)同管理打下基礎(chǔ),實(shí)現(xiàn)高效率的信息交流和資源利用,推動(dòng)我國(guó)建筑業(yè)的快速發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The traditional project procurement mode has low efficiency and high cost, which can not meet the requirements of the construction industry to maximize the value of construction projects. IPD model is an effective model for the sustainable development of the industry. Based on the introduction of IPD mode, the differences between IPD mode and traditional purchasing mode are compared. The application of BIM technology in each phase file and model of IPD project is analyzed, and the key execution points are pointed out. It lays a foundation for the realization of IPD cooperative management under BIM technology, realizes high efficiency information exchange and resource utilization, and promotes the rapid development of Chinese construction industry.
