脫空對鋼管混凝土單圓管拱肋面內(nèi)承載力的影響

【摘要】:針對鋼管混凝土拱肋普遍存在的核心混凝土脫空問題,借助通用結(jié)構(gòu)有限元分析軟件ANSYS,利用其自定義截面功能,對具有不同截面脫空率、拱肋脫空比以及脫空位置的拋物線單圓管鋼管混凝土拱肋進(jìn)行了面內(nèi)豎向荷載作用下的雙重非線性有限元分析。研究含鋼率、荷載工況、矢跨比等參數(shù)一定的情況下,不同脫空形式對單圓鋼管混凝土拱肋面內(nèi)穩(wěn)定性能的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,含鋼率、荷載形式、矢跨比等參數(shù)一定的情況下,核心混凝土的脫空對拱肋彈性段剛度基本無影響;自彈塑性段開始,隨截面脫空率及拱肋脫空比的加大,拱肋剛度削弱明顯,面內(nèi)承載力下降越多;脫空形式一定時(shí),含鋼率越小、豎向面內(nèi)荷載沿拱肋分布越不均勻,拱肋后期剛度及面內(nèi)承載力受脫空影響越顯著。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the core concrete void problem of concrete-filled steel tube arch rib, with the help of the finite element analysis software ANSYS, which has the function of self-defined section, it has different cross section void ratio. The double nonlinear finite element analysis of concrete filled steel tube arch rib with parabola single circular tube under in-plane vertical load is carried out. The influence of different voids on the stability of concrete filled steel tubular concrete arch rib is studied under the condition of certain steel content, load condition and rise-span ratio. The results show that the void of core concrete has no effect on the stiffness of the elastic section of arch rib when the steel content, load form and rise-span ratio are fixed. At the beginning of elastic-plastic section, with the increase of cross section void ratio and arch rib void ratio, the stiffness of arch rib is weakened obviously, and the in-plane bearing capacity decreases more. When the void form is fixed, the smaller the steel content is, the more uneven the vertical load distribution along the arch rib is, and the more obvious the stiffness and in-plane bearing capacity of the arch rib are affected by the void.
